What can I say about Efrain and Blue Streak? I'm so glad that I found them! I had issues with some of our faucets in both the sink and the baths. By far the best plumber I've ever used. Blue Streak is the third plumbing service that I called to fix an issue with the water temperature in my condo. The first two charged me an outrageous amount of money, and neither one could figure out the problem. Efrain showed up in 30 minutes and had the problem fixed within an hour, and only charged me a fraction of what the other guys did. I could not be happier with the service and won't use any other plumber moving forward!!

I purchased from and had installed a Bradford and White hot water heater by Blue Streak about 3 1/2 years ago. The hot water heater failed. I called Blue Streak and was told that the hot water heater is still under warranty. The plumber came out immediately to troubleshoot and determined, based on his experience, a particular part was faulty. Since it was at the end of the day he said he would pick up the part early the next morning. The plumber was at my house by 8:15 a.m. and told me I would have hot water by the evening. It was very hot this particular day. When I say this plumber did everything in his power to get this hot water heater up and running that's exactly what I mean. Apparently, Bradford and White will not allow the plumber to replace the water heater without replacing parts first. If it is determined that a new water heater may be required the company has to send out one of their technicians to make that determination, which means I would be without hot water for upwards of a week.

The plumber installed the part, but the hot water heater still would not work. He called Bradford and White's customer support and went through the trouble shooting steps. Still it would not work. He was told to get another part and this part none of the stores in the area other than stock because it's not a part that would normally go out. He had to go to the manufacturer, which was in Corona. I live in Los Angeles. He drove all the way to Corona to get the part. Installed it and the the hot water heater still would not work. Now, it is almost 4 p.m. and the company was closed. Keeping his promise that I would have hot water by the evening, the plumber decided to replace the hot water heater and take the loss. He retrieved a new heater from his storage and installed it. He left my house at 7:15 p.m.

I will do business with this company again without hesitation. This was a warranty call. All it cost me was a couple of bottles of water and a can of soda (by choice). However, as a side note, plumbers and homeowners beware of Bradford and White's products and customer service. May not be worth the headache.

I am so pleased with the prompt, professional, so reasonably price and super-courteous attitude that Efrain/Blue Streak brought to my plumbing project today:

Last week, I had the unhappy surprise of a failed garbage disposal, but I made it worse trying to aggressively plunge out the resulting drain clog myself. My 80 year old metal pipes were not up to that treatment, at all -- so I then had leaks in three places in them, so: good-bye old garbage disposal AND old pipes -- hello, giant plumbing bill......but no:

I got some very high quotes from large plumbing companies (the kind with an office filled with staff and whole teams of people, and they charge accordingly). I recalled that Home Depot gave me a list of plumbing and other referrals some time ago for a job that I didn't end up doing, and I thought -- maybe one of them might work with me on better pricing -- and so glad that Efrain was the plumber I called with that thought in mind.

I shared my other quotes, and he said theirs were ridiculously high, Efrain quoted me based on pictures I sent, gave me an all-in labor-and-materials price and ---- had the job completed less than 24 hours later, leaving the place neat as a pin, and providing such pleasant, genial conversation while he was here.

Five stars and three cheers for Efrain, his capable son who assists him, and Blue Streak Plumbing!!!!

I had a severe leak at the house but was unsure where the leak was coming from. I called Blue Streak Plumbing and was able to set up an appointment to get a quote and locate what the problem was. When they arrive they located the source of the leak and explained some immediate preventative measures to minimize the leak from causing more damage. They showed up on time the next day and had everything finished in a timely manner. In short Blue Streak Plumbing is reliable and affordable and I would recommend their service to others.

We found Efrain through Home Depot's proreferral. He was very responsive and was able to start the job right away. He gave us quotes for different options so that we could decide which best fit our needs and budget. He installed plumbing to the garage and did a great job. He found a way to make it less expensive for us and with as little disruption to the brick and concrete already in place. His customer service was on point and his work ethic is exemplary. We were very happy with the results and will be getting quotes for jobs in the future.
