Efrain is the man when it comes to plumbing work! He was easy to coordinate an appointment with over text, showed up a few minutes early to the time slot he had estimated, and did quality work installing a new reverse osmosis water filter system for me in a tight area under a corner sink--all without breaking the bank. I'll be coming back to Blue Streak in the future for any other plumbing needs I have, and I'd recommend everyone else does too.

Customer service at it's best... I called him in the morning and Efrain came over a few hours later even though he was very busy. The Water Heater Whisper! Boom, he fixed my water heater... I have hot water again. He wasn't there long enough to charge me but asked for a good Yelp review. That's a honest plumber with true values in his line of work. I would recommend you call him. If you need a plumber, don't hesitate to call him.

Efrain installed a water heater for us (on very short notice), and he also installed a circulation pump. He is, without a doubt, the best plumber I've ever worked with.

He does excellent, thorough work. He will move things around and come through in an urgent situation. He makes sure that it's right, and his prices are very reasonable. What really sets him apart, though, is what a good *communicator* he is. Responsive over text, and is great at explaining what has gone wrong. It lets his honestly shine through - you can tell he's a fundamentally good guy. If you're reading this, you can safely stop searching for the right plumber for the job - you just found him!

Efrain is a super nice guy who came out on short notice. He's now my regular plumber, I send him a quick text whenever I need something and he comes out same day if it's an emergency, or next business day if it's non-emergency. Very reasonable prices, and most importantly makes sure the job is done right. He is very skilled, easily sweated on new copper pipes on my new house where previous owner had steel to copper and resulted in rust clogged pipes. I had called another plumbing company and they said I'd have to break down a wall and remove kitchen cabinets because they couldn't get back there to do the job. Efrain took the time to figure out a way to do it and did it very well. You won't regret calling him!

Efrain was referred to me by my brother-in-law, and I am so glad that I went with him. Not only did he do beautiful and quick work, he also has a great personality and just straight up a good guy. I plan to go back to him for my other plumbing jobs when they come around.

It was easy to contact him and he was very responsive- notified me he can give a quote and do the work same day. He came the day we planned on time. His prices were very fair! He helped me replace a faucet outside, a tub faucet and create a line from my sink to my refrigerator. He also saved me money by pinpointing one of my leaks was from the showerhead, and not the pipe. I was really happy with the results and he was really good at explaining what was going on. He takes all types of payment.

I also want to make a big important note that he was so respectful of us and our home. We don't wear shoes in the house, and he noticed and took his shoes off before entering himself. He also wore a mask when we requested with no complaint. He was a gentlemen when he noticed I was cutting pvc pipes with a saw for my own project, and he ran over to help me with his special tool to cut quicker. On top of this, Efrain has a great personality and you can tell is an honest guy.

I am extremely satisfied with Efrain's work. He recently repiped an 8 unit apartment building for me in the City of LA. Anybody who has done work in the city of LA knows how complicated the process can be, but Efrain helped me navigate the permit process and pass the final inspection after the work was complete. He also worked great with the tenants, always kept me updated, was very responsive to my questions, and did quality work. And of course his price was the best of the three estimates I got. Efrain went above and beyond for me and I'm totally satisfied with his work. I would definitely hire Efrain for repiping work again.

Another 5-star experience. This time, I needed a washer/dryer installed. Efrain squeezed me in between service calls and provided same-day service. He was professional, communicative, and went above and beyond, even cutting up the box/packaging and placing it all in the recycle bin. My washer runs great with no leaks or problems. Efrain will always be my first choice for plumbing issues.

They saved me $3000 plus. I had two other plumbers bid for the job, each one came in over $3000. But Blue Streak said they misdiagnosed the problem, so he fixed the problem, replaced 2 shower stems, $250 instead of replacing the whole shower pan.

Efrain and Steven were unbeleivable. The team got back to me immediately, quoted a very fair and competitive price and was available the next day. They arrived on time and were done quickly even though it wound up be more complicated than we thought. Efrain even helped me with an extra repair and corrected bow in the pipe that kept causing the clogs. We've had a few other services come by to unglog our drains over the past few years and nobody was as thurough as Efrain. Not only did he fix our drain, but helped us fix the drain system so it won't be so quick to clog in the future. This team is extremely honest, capable and hard working. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
