I had a clogged washing machine drain, so I called Blue Star at the recommendation of a coworker. Very glad I did! They came out promptly and cleared the drain - absolutely no attempts to upsell me. Very professional, and helpful. Sal also gave me some good advice about how to maintain the drains so they don't get clogged as easily. All at a fair price.

Sal was extremely helpful. His pricing was great compared to everyone else. Was honest, transparent, and reasonable. Came to clean out a clog and was available right after the Thanksgiving. Took him about 20min and even took a look inside the drain with his mini handheld camera showing me where the clog was. Highly recommend his services. Hard to find a trustworthy plumber and Sal was just that.
