Diego is amazing. He's a good, honest dude with a kind and knowledgeable approach to problems. He really believes there's a solution to everything, and he will do his best to discuss options with his customers. I'm so happy I chose him! My particular project was running a line from sink to fridge. That was too easy for him so I upped it with a crazy shower tub faucet poor install. He's got a plan and walked me through it. Prices seem pretty accurate. He's going to be at my house for over a day probably due to having to work with no access panels. He's got this. I'm confident.

We had a clogged sewer line, Diego responded quickly, and we scheduled a service call. When he came out he thoroughly explained the problem (tree roots) and his recommendations for repair, along with a quote. We scheduled the repair for a few days later, he returned and completed the repairs. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing at every step along the way, including a look at the camera view of the inside of our pipes. He and his crew were professional, thorough, and careful. This was not a small job, it involved replacing pipe under a concrete slab floor, but he had it completed in about half a day. His pricing is very reasonable, detailed, and transparent, and is warranteed for six years. I would recommend. I hope we never need a repair like this again, but I would not hesitate to call him if we did.
