Wonderful service. Johnathan came out and had encyclopedic information regarding plumbing and pipe networks. He came up with hypotheses and what issues were and tested them. The initial issue I called them regarding was a non-issue but I was able to ask about another problem and got a quote for that. Overall I would recommend to all.

Great plumbers, reasonable prices, excellent work and good people. Blue Skies Atlanta Plumbing went above and beyond for me. Ryan ended up staying almost an hour after the work was completed to isolate and resolve a problem that ended up having nothing to do with the work performed. Additionally, at my request, I received an hours notice prior to arrival and they always showed up when they said they would.

Staff is pretty nice. The lady answering the phone was super pleasant and the plumber that came out is very nice as well. Just make sure you write down the fees and cost before you have them come out. Dont expect an bill or anything, they will not give you one until after you pay. Since i was not home when the plumber came, i asked him to please send me an invoice for the services after he verbally gave me a total. I left it at that and waited for the email with the bill. After getting a missed call from them, i called back and got to speak to the owner Gareth, at first he seemed a little aggressive because i haven't paid my bill and we did not have the same prices for services. We came to the conclusion of: normally doesnt charge visit fee $89 diagnose fee $185 toilet repair (for my toilet, yours could be different) Overall, i am ok with this company but hopefully they could have better communication with their staff to clarify prices to avoid confusion and deception.

Garith contacted me within minutes of my request for service. While he offered to come right over, my problem could easily wait until the next day. Akutekha and Jamal showed up the next morning as promised. They were very professional, used booties to cover their shoes and even on their equipment. They identified a blockage causing a slow drainage for most of the house. They used a camera to show me the blockage then used a machine to break up the clog. They were not satisfied that it was cleared enough, they brought in a larger machine to alleviate the problem. They were here about 2 hours and the price was very resonable. I have already referred a neighbor to them. I am very happy and will call them again.

After a big freeze here in Atlanta over Christmas we had issues with burst pipes. Although understandably busy, I booked 3 different plumbers on consecutive days who all no showed. I called Blue Skies on the 4th day who picked up right away and had a plumber here in 2 hours. Ryan was polite, professional, and fair. He had all the fittings needed without any extra trips. There ended up being much more work than anticipated, and he was able to fix smaller leaks quickly and didn't charge extra for them. Best experience I've had with a professional service in the community by a mile.

Garett came out and gave a camera inspection of my sewer line. He was the 3rd plumber I spoke with after receiving conflicting solutions to the problem. His inspection was very thorough and his estimate for repair was fair.

Our water main broke when a truck ran over it and Gaz at Blue Skies could come and help out fast, and at a reasonable price. I have also had a tankless water heater installed and other work done in the kitchen and I have always been satisfied with the work. He is a smart guy and is not afraid to get his hands dirty, so I trust him to get the work done right, the first time!

My wife and I are renovating our bathroom and needed to enlist the help of a plumber to replace and move the cast iron shower drain/lines and add a sink drain/lines for a double vanity. Gareth with Blue Skies Atlanta was the absolute best.  Not only was he inventive in his approach, but he also listened to our thoughts and concerns and provided us with a great solution that ended up giving us more room in our bathroom.  A cast iron vent stack was taking up considerable space where we planned to build a linen closet; Gareth was able to replace the cast iron with PVC and move it closer to the wall, allowing more workable room. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional.  Gareth was a pleasure to have in our home while completing the work.  He was always respectful and took great care in maintaining a clean space. He never left our house dirty.  We felt that he worked WITH us on the project rather than FOR us.  While performing the impeccable work, he also talked us through everything so we were informed about what was being done. Strongly recommend to anyone needing plumbing work!  We will continue to use Blue Skies Atlanta for our future plumbing needs!

Gareth fixed a leaky shower faucet and replaced some bathtub stems for us. He was very nice, wore booties to not dirty our floors and an N95 mask. After he fixed the leaky faucet, the shower knob started squeaking whenever turned. Gareth gladly came back to fix the squeaky knob by replacing the new shower cartridge he had just installed the previous week with another one. That fixed the squeak.
