This man stole $450.00 from me. He told me he would fix a leak in a roof and never showed up after I paid him, he's a criminal. Try calling the number on his website (the link, not the one on this Yelp page), it's disconnected. Do not trust this man. I will be taking him to court. He never responded to my texts or calls like the thief he clearly is. I normally do not pay people before the job is completed but it was a place of business and he was the only one willing to work on it during the rain. If you google map his address on this page it's a UPS store. The phone number he used is: 661-874-8483 (so you know if he changed it out of fear of prosecution.) PROTECT YOURSELF. I hope others at least learn from my errors and he doesn't steal from other people. I found another number that was supposedly his mother's and they said this has been going on for SIX years. The reason I called his ""mother"" was because he told me to wire it to her because his account was under a fraud protection and unusable. He is full of lies and I feel like an idiot for falling for it.

I was looking for a handy man to help with an urgent repair. I stumbled on Mike's yelp page. I decided to give him a call. Needless to say, Mike handled the job well! He had to make multiple trips but managed to complete everything on time and with the great quality. I am definitely adding Mike to my speed dial.

I had a leak in the ceiling of my daughter's room. I called Mike and he came out the same day to inspect it and give me an estimate. He was very polite and called me when he was running a few minutes late to apologize and say he was on his way. When he arrived to my home he got straight to work and found the problem fast. He was honest and told us what NEEDED to be done and what didn't. Instead of giving us an inflated estimate of unnecessary charges. I appreciated his honesty. The price for his services was reasonable and I will be calling Mike back to complete another job for me soon. I'm definitely adding his phone number to my Rolodex.

Mike provided excellent professional service. Upon first contact I left a message that he returned within 3 minutes from a roof that he was working on. Made an appointment 3 days out, he called to confirm an hour before the appointment and showed up 5 min early and waited in his truck. Did the work quick and efficient for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use Mike again whenever I am need of a handyman. Highly recommended!!!

Unfortunately had to lower my star rating, due to subsequent lack of communication and failure to provide requested invoices.

I'd just like to say Mike is a life saver!! I called mike a couple days ago because my tub was backed up and the toilet was going the same direction too. Now mind you I live with 3 other people and we only have one bathroom so we can't have that stuff going on it has to be fixed immediately. I called Mike he told be he'd be there in 20 minutes due to he was at another job and showed up on time. Mike looked at the problem and gave me a fair price and advised if he couldn't fix the problem he wouldn't charge me 30 minutes later he had the tub unclogged and the toilet running again!!!! You can't find quality like that nowadays I highly suggest you call him up next time you need something worked on. Thanks Mike!!!

Called Mike as I needed a security door hung, and my swamp cooler hooked up.
He told me he'd be at my house about 6 for an estimate. He was 15 minutes early which impressed me. I showed him everything that needed to be done, he gave me a Very reasonable quote, and I hired him on the spot. He is polite, & prompt. He showed up, again earlier than I expected, and had my screen door hung perfectly within a couple of hours.
After that job, I needed Mike to come back, and fix the swamp cooler again. He didn't show up, so I called him back, and he did come the next day, but was late. He did fix the problem though, but I got charged full price, though instead of showing up at 10 am, he showed about 5 pm. I'd have expected a price break for that.
After that was fixed, my other house where developed a roof leak. He patched the roof, and told me, if there were any problems, he'd come back, and re patch the spot. Well, it rained again, and the leak was just as bad. Upon calling him, he never called back. I had to hire another guy to come out and fix his repair, so I had the pleasure of paying twice, which Really pissed me off!
During that time, the cooler failed again. I still couldn't get ahold of him, so I went on the roof, and found the belt was Way too lose, and damaged. I purchased a new belt, and put it on myself, along with a new pump, again. He reached me by phone to tell me, there were some problems he had run into, and was sorry he hadn't shown. Since my very first experience with him was so positive, I asked him to come by, and look at the leak at my other house again. He never showed.
He had a 5 star review, which I have downgraded. He was never rude, but when I need a job done, I don't want to have to re do it 3 times, nor do I want to sit home, and wait for someone, who never comes. That costs me time, money, and puts me behind schedule for finishing my writing projects.
The screen door still hangs proud, he did a great job on that, but as for the rest, well, not so good I'm sorry to say.

I was due for my section 8 inspection on a property I own in lancaster ca and found it very difficult to find someone that was able to complete every item on the inspection list that ranged from plumbing, electrical to reglazing of shower tubs etc.luckily I found out about blueshirt handyman through a good friend and was very happy the way Mike does business.Not only was he able to give me a free estimate but he would cover labor and material till the worck was complete.He also shows up the day of inspection to meet with the inspectors (for free)to do walk through with them to ensure same day pass.I'm going to continue to use mike and will refer him to all my friends

I had a bad leak in my upstairs bathroom which destroyed the drywall downstairs so I gave Mike from Blue shirt handy man a call. He not only gave me a great deal to repair the leak but included the drywall repair as well in the price...Thanks Mike!!
