Kevin came right out and quickly unstopped our toilet. He recommended a couple of replacement parts and now the toilet works like a champ. He's very pleasant and easy going. We'd certainly use him again.

Kevin performed several services: replacing wax rings on two toilets, fixing a broken pipe, tightening up a sink faucet, and fixing some slow drains. He was polite, respectful of our belongings, cleaned up after himself, provided an up front assessment of what was needed and his recommendations, came back promptly after going out for parts, reviewed all the improvements he made, and summarized some warning signs and a list of (if they happened) things that meant he should come back to tune up his work some more. This was a cost effective experience. He is definitely the best contractor-type person we've found in Charlottesville. We will call him again and recommend him widely.
