Our home warranty(AHS) has this company as a contractor. I HIGHLY recommend you cancel! They can't even call you to set up an appt! When you finally get an appt they change it without notice. I have a voicemail that Warrenty company confirmed for a Tuesday, when I called they answered and said he was running a little late and then texted me 9 minutes later to tell me my appt is actually on Friday. They have no values and are terrible liars!
Barry L.Had to get a new toliet but when Jeff keft there were a ton of snakes and frogs in my bathroom. i think he put them there. he never came back and I called for weeks, he started to come back and park outside my house in the van. he drove away when i'd come out or call his phone. more lizards every day. I still need a toilet.
American Home Shield scheduled BRMP to come and fix our leaking pipes. Was supposed to be here from 1-4 PM for a simple valve replacement. At 1:15, decided to call to see where tech was, then saw email that was sent saying appointment was rescheduled for 5 days later! NO PHONE CALL, NO TEXT, just an email through the AHS system! Could NOT get ANYONE at BRMP to answer phone or return phone messages.
After reading previous reviews, thinking we probably dodged a bullet here; do NOT use these yahoos.
Rob R.This company was assigned by my home warranty company. It was very difficult to get ahold of the company initially. After I nearly gave up, they finally reached out to me and set up a 9am-noon start time the following day. As of noon, the person had not called. I had to call to figure out what was going on. I was then promised the technician would be here in an hour or two. The company instead proceeded to cancel my service request without telling me. I had to find out from the home warranty company a few hours later. Now I'm left without gas and heat for my family before a night that is expected to be 30 degrees.
Terrible service. Showed up multiple times to our home ill-prepared with the wrong equipment. Failed to complete the work when they finally did show up and blew us off on the day of our most recent scheduled appointment for another client. Recommend never using these guys!!! Felt sorry for the receptionist following orders of a boss who doesn't care about his customers.
Steven D.This company was chosen by home warranty company to replace hot water heater. After replacing a part that just seemed unreasonable as to why the hot water heater was broken, they were out two weeks later to replace the entire unit. Unfortunately at this point they determine that I owed some out of pocket cost to replace the system that the home warranty would not cover. While I questioned this with home warranty company I was either forced to pay this to get work done or pay additional fee for 2nd estimate. It seemed odd that some of the cost that I was being told I had to pay would not have been part of reimbursements from warrant company to this company. Other cost were for things that could not be replaced but I had to pay or they would not do the work. After the work was done it was agreed that I would be reimbursed for items I paid for but not provided. As the saying goes ""that check is in the mail"" two months later still nothing and now no follow-up return calls or emails.
Horrific level of service. Doesn't keep appointments. Doesn't call. Avoid at all costs!
I have blast American Home Shield with this one!!!! Dropping them as we speak! I'm sure the lack of professionalism from the business is partly because of AHS. We are subjected to the contact made impartiality with the company. Cost was passed onto the customer, to cover their end and time. Is honest business? Don't know. I have to say, they are good people. They are only subjected to their own practices. Did not have a very good experience. I'm sooooo sorry.
Avoid Blue Ridge Mountain at all cost!! They were dispatched to my house through American Home Shield (AHS avoid also) on 6/20 for leaks in plumbing. They fixed some of the problem then said that they didn't have enough material on the truck, and to call back to reschedule. I called back and they scheduled for Monday 6/24 but never showed up. James, who I guess is the owner, had sent an email at 9:30 Sunday night that he had to reschedule and would call me the next day. He didn't, so I had to call him that evening. He stated that I need to open up another service ticket through AHS and tell them there are 20 leaks. (That's so they get more money from AHS) So I opened another ticket and they scheduled to come back out on 6/27, and guess what.....they never called or showed up. All I got was an answering machine when I called. AHS couldn't get in touch with them until 6/28 and the lady from AHS told me that James hung up on her twice. So now James says that I need to pay an additional $800 for something that is covered under my contract. They won't be coming back to do work for me and I will tell everyone that I know to avoid this scam company!!! It's sad that I even had to give them 1 star.
Shelley S.This company is a complete joke as the reviews obviously show. They where dispatched to our house by American Home Shield (also a joke) to look at our propane water heater. They have now been out 4 times in total ordered parts every single time and we still have NO HOT WATER. This has been going on for 4 weeks now. Our home was just put on the market at the beginning of all this and we have sold and are closing this Thursday. We have literally sold our house quicker than this company could repair our water heater. They ordered parts twice for a natural gas instead of propane unit and now we have no idea what the issue is. Yesterday the repairmen came around 5pm (4th time) pulled parts off and left them all over our basement floor and no word on what the issue is at this point. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! It appears our closing will be delayed due to there incompetence! The also forced us to pay an additional $75 to bring something to code according to them that the code book showed was in fact already within code. RUUUN!!
