Horrible service, drain still clogged after a $350 bill for snaking the drain. Called office to discuss bill and the problem not being solved. They didnt care, only wanted their money and will not come repair what they charged me for. Complete waist of money. Go to a different plumbing company that has a better understanding of how business works.

I called Blue Ribbon on the Saturday after Christmas for a clogged toilet and I had a house full of guests. Someone came out within a couple of hours that day and made it partially functioning and then came back on Monday morning and fixed it totally. They were lifesavers. Also they were nice, efficient and tidy! I highly recommend.

Have called Blue Ribbon Plumbing over the years and have been very pleased. This time, for a change, it wasn't a crisis. They have always been very professional, on time and efficient. They take care to do a neat job and cleanup afterwards. We live in an older house so things do come up from time to time. This time we needed to replace a faucet set in a small (read that tiny) bathroom that just didn't work anymore. Works! Looks great! Now back to gardening. Called Don this morning and he had someone out here this afternoon. Quite a few family members vacationing from the """"cold north tundra"""" so we needed a little help. He was here and gone before I knew it. Unfortunately he got away before I could give him his slice of chocolate banana bread. . That company has been around for a long time and they know how to get the job done.
