BEWARE! I will be filing a lawsuit against this company. This company is unprofessional, and will commit crimes on your property. Rudy Flores tried to scam me , accuse me of being "spun" due to my medical condition, and after I refused to buy a $400+ part + installation (compressor kickstarter) that I confirmed I did not need he then proceeded to berate me for how much money I am willing to spend and then calls me a "spun Mother ****er" telling me on on drugs and to look at myself and then tries to instigate a fight with me on my own property. That's when told him to get off my property now and to be careful with my stuff. He then damages my cooling fins and pops a hole in my hose dragging it across my lawn with no care. That is when he proceeded to call 911 and FALSELY report that I pulled a knife on him and would not let him leave. He should have just left but apparently wanted to commit one more crime before leaving.
The sheriff shows up and searches me and my property and then saw the video I had proving without a shadow of a doubt the story he made up was all confirmed false by the deputies because I don't even own a knife he described and the video is very telling that everything he described did not happen.
When I tried calling the company because the sheriffs suggested I get in contact with them and when I got in touch with Amanda the customer service manager she immediately took their employees side, but after I sent the video and explained there is 2 sheriff case numbers she immediately sounded concerned and she told me she wanted to take care of this and will be forwarding this to the Owners and she even thanked me for sending the information to her.
Then things went very bad as then she was ghosting my texts and then finally responded many days later and said "we are working directly with the police on this." Even though it was Sheriff not Police.
To this day they have not responded. I can only assume the owners are not taking responsibility. I have never felt so scammed, embarrassed, frightened, and angry about how I was treated. Im very traumatized from this for sure. It's going to be hard to trust any service provider to come to my house ever again. So I will be escalating this and filing a lawsuit against this company for damaging my property and committing a crime against me on my own property while not taking any responsibility whatsoever.

Hats off to Blue Ribbon for GREAT Service. Their Service Tecs, Manny, Kalvin & Avery were well above average. I call Blue-Ribbon to address a leaking A/C pan in my attic. H2O leaking through the ceiling in several places. That was the symptom! The issue was the corner cutting install that was done by another A/C company that was a total disaster. The humidity in the house was high as well as the noise from the attic unit pushing mass amounts of air through the smaller duct work that was substandard for my new Goodman 5-ton unit. In short, the unit was killing itself trying to cool 25 hundred sq ft. Kalvin and Avery locked in on the problem. Small A/C ducts, Plenum chamber that was to small and improperly made. It was a mess up there. Manny came in and stayed for 11 hours replacing all of it before he and his helper left on the first day of repairs. They wouldn't leave until the attic was configured so that I'd have a cool home that night for Myself, my Bride and my 4 Aussies. EXCELLENT Service. Blue Ribbon went above and beyond. It's been 6 weeks since the work was completed. I don't write quick reviews. My home is quiet, the humidity is 2/3 less than before the repairs. I hardly hear the A/C running and I've been able to raise the sleeping temperature at night up 4 degrees as well as up 3 degrees during the HOT Texas days. Very comfy in the house. This crew was trained in the class room on the new airflow and relatedtoo physics that these newer A/C systems require to run properly. I'm pleased to have been the recipient of that professional training. Thank You Blue Ribbon A/C. Well Done.

I recommend Josh from Bastrop, TX office. He was the plumber that came to our rescue. He was on time, polite and very professional. We were very pleased with the thoroughness of his work. We will definitely call them again when needed.

I would recommend highly Blue Ribbon Cooling and Heating. I called on a Sunday to explain my situation and within 20 minutes Dylan Ferguson, technician, was assessing the situation. Dylan was very professional and explained all steps of the process. Our AC was working and cooling our house again within an hour. Thank you Dylan and Blue Ribbon for excellent service.

Don't hesitate! If you need service that just has to be done, this company will help you through the pain while fixing what needs to be fixed. Did 2 minor jobs and attacked the big one, finished, cleaned up after himself. I'm sure the fee is reasonable, and brought assurance it was done right

Josh was awesome, was quick and very knowledgeable and friendly. They communicated every step of the way, took pictures of the issues and showed us the item that was bad ( Copper pipe). Will recommend them to everyone. Doug the Plumber joined forces with Blue Ribbon Electric HVAC ( Smithville TX, Bastrop County)

Issues from a prior local plumber's work left us with a blocked sewer line at 3 pm the Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Calling around to not only the local plumber that caused the issue, but many of the other local plumbers, surprised me that not one provided any emergency service, including one that indicated their next appointment was mid-December. I contacted Blue Ribbon. and within 10 minutes. they revised their schedule to get to us within a two-hour window (including the travel time to Wimberley). Noah arrived a little after 4 pm, videoed and diagnosed the issue, and not only cleared the blockage but also the sanitary line by 6 pm.
Hats off to a plumber (Noah) and a plumbing company (Blue Ribbon) that both really know the meaning of "customer service", even when we were not a prior customer. We are now.

Long story, but bought an AC unit in 2023. I scheduled a annual maintenance ck initially for 3/11 with a window of 1-5 pm. Of coarse, I was out of town and got up early to make this appointment. I was on on the road about 2 hours, when BR called and said they were shorthanded and could they reschedule. I agreed, knowing I had done business with them since they were known a Mathison Heating and Air and life happens. I rescheduled for today 3/20 for time window of 8-12. I followed up at ~9am this morning to confirm the appointment and was assured all was good and would get a call when service tech was dispatched. At 11:58 am, no call - no show. I called and the BR representative could not tell me why, but would call me back when she could and provide an answer shortly as to why service call window was missed and when we I could expect their arrival - it is now 1 pm - no return call yet. Guessing boss is at lunch. If your time is important - think twice about using Blue Ribbon Cooling. Obviously being a long time customer has no value either.

My water heater went out on June 10th and I requested a service call from my home warranty company, American Home Shield, that day. After over a week being told they were trying to locate a service provider I was told I could find a company myself to come to my home for a estimate. It was my good fortune to have Blue Ribbon come out for that service.
Josh from Blue Ribbon called the warranty company with the estimate and that is when the trouble began. They did not want to accept the estimate and did everything they could to delay me from getting a new water heater. I called the warranty company over 20 times to demand service.
I will say that if it hadn't been for Josh and Jason at Blue Ribbon calling multiple times on my behalf to get my service done we still would be without hot water. It took the warranty company 30 days to provide the water heater so my service could be completed. I don't think many companies would have gone to bat for me the way that Blue Ribbon did. I recommend this company 100%. There customer service is awesome from the girls that answer the phone, Kaylee and Chandler, to the service manager Jason and also Josh and the installers as well.
Thank you Blue Ribbon for all your help!!

I called around for quotes only to start. I only needed something very simple. Reattach the gas pipe to wall with existing brackets and a small gas leak at the regulator for my tankless heater. Most places quoted me $200 an hour on the phone. Blue Ribbon quoted me $530 for the fix. I thought doesn't sound so bad, maybe it takes them 2-3 hours to finish the job and must be hard labor. BUT, little did I know, the tech would literally finish the job in 10 minutes. One $30 part and 10 min of labor was $530. I felt swindled. What is that come out to 3k hourly for labor?
My bad, I shouldn't have let the guy on phone who called talked me into doing it same day, and should have kept calling around some more. $200 an hour would have been way more reasonable.
