Christine from Blue Ribbon was simply amazing! Not only did she hurry to get here on a holiday, but as a fellow Mom herself, she was SUPER accommodating to me as a SAHM. She went above and beyond to make sure things went as quick, safe and smoothly as possible while my 2 yr old son, 4 yr old son and very friendly dog wanted to check everything out. Thank you Christine for installing our 2 new toilets so quickly. I thought this was going to be a long and painful process but it wasn't at all! We will definitely be calling them again for all of our future cooling, heating and plumbing needs.

Blue Ribbon plumbers are all salesmen. Their goal is not to get things fixed, they are specifically trained to spend time around your house to check many unnecessary stuff to identify selling points. This is not just a waste of everyone's time, but also there are many tricks you, as a customer may be difficult to deal with.

In my case, the two plumbers showed up at my front door at 1pm on 15 Oct 2024 and they left at 4pm. The actual work only took 20 minutes.
If you are sensitive about cost, Blue Ribbon is not the place to go. Their cost is much higher than normal. It's strongly recommended that you contact multiple plumbers to compare quotes. In my case, my main water valve had to be shut down so I got stuck with Blue Ribbon.
