Blue Ribbon plumbers are all salesmen. Their goal is not to get things fixed, they are specifically trained to spend time around your house to check many unnecessary stuff to identify selling points. This is not just a waste of everyone's time, but also there are many tricks you, as a customer may be difficult to deal with.
In my case, the two plumbers showed up at my front door at 1pm on 15 Oct 2024 and they left at 4pm. The actual work only took 20 minutes.
If you are sensitive about cost, Blue Ribbon is not the place to go. Their cost is much higher than normal. It's strongly recommended that you contact multiple plumbers to compare quotes. In my case, my main water valve had to be shut down so I got stuck with Blue Ribbon.

Call four times for a detailed breakdown of my bill and no response from them at all. I would highly not recommend this company as they're not responsive and their money back guarantee doesn't mean a thing they don't even rate one star.

This company has been coming out for years at our home after they bought the previous company we used. They said that our only 3 year old A/C was having freon leaks. So each year over last few years we had it filled at the cost of a few hundred dollars. This year they came and said now we need both a new coil ~$4000+ and freon ~$400+. We decided to get another opinion after they told us the warranty was never filed by previous company they bought.
After getting two other reputable company opinions we are informed our A/C is perfectly fine. They also didn't charge us to come see if indeed we had a leak and needed a new coil.
We are really feeling ripped off over the years by Blue Ribbon. Just get another opinion folks as you think you got a company that really cares and is doing a great job but then you might be getting a grand rip off.
