Nestor runs his own business. He is very responsive, was available quickly, communicated clearly. He quoted me over the phone, and discussed any revised quotes with me prior to starting the job. He explained what he wanted to do and why. His quote was well below his competitors but the quality of his work is great. He has an amazing work ethic. He offered to inspect my crawlspace for free. He identified two small additional issues, showed videos of them to me to prove he wasn't making them up, and explained his proposed fixes. I haven't decided on what to do about those two issues yet, but the prices he quoted me are extremely reasonable. Overall, a man of integrity. I would highly recommend him.

I was dealing with the issue of low pressure in the shower when someone flushes the toilet or even opens a tap.

Yesterday evening 5pm is a nightmare when all my plumbing stops. I have no idea what is clogged . Called up this company and Nestor is very nice and come to my house in less than 30 minutes! Turn out is my water softener, clogging all my faucets and shower and toilets with salts !! Nestor is very patient and able to help me get back water in some area last night. Today he spent almost the whole day, helping me flushing out every single water outlets, Changing out some faucets and a shower set. I would go back to him without a doubt in future !

Nestor responded almost immediately, showed up next day (it wasn't an emergency) and fixed the leak on the roof.

He offered to help anytime, and well... unrelated, I've had crummy (old house) sink/garage drainage, that blocked up. I tried to snake it (as I do every couple years), but it was fully blocked. He showed up an hour later on a sunday night, helped diagnose it, then came the next day, and replaced all the old non ABS mains, and it's working a charm. Fixed a couple odds and ends while he was at it. Fair pricing, and responsive.
