Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. I was required to use them with my home warranty company and will now just forgo the warranty and call a different plumbing company. They lied to me and tried to take advantage of me knowing full and well that I am a single woman on a limited income. When they came the first time, they broke off a bit from their snake (which is still located in my pipes). Then, they came back a few days later and they told me that all of my pipes needed to be replaced because they were "collapsing". They lied to me about this and a couple of other issues. Thank goodness I called a reputable company and got a second opinion. All that really needed to be done was to clean the sludge from the pipes. They weren't really "collapsing" like Blue Plumbing tried to trick me and showed me on their camera was happening. I saved myself thousands of dollars, plus the new company showed up when they were supposed to, were very kind, and charged a fair price. Save yourself the hassle and call a different company.
