We were supposed to get a new washer and dryer installed but were told they wouldn't be able to install it unless our gas line valve was replaced. I messaged Blue Plumbing and got a response very quickly. They were able to come out the next day to fix it so there was no delay in our new dryer getting installed!! The work they did was quick and very professional. They even double checked some other gas lines for us and didn't try to ""upsell"" us on anything. If you need trustworthy, reasonably priced plumbing, definitely would recommend!!!

Jose responded immediately to my request on yelp and unlike other vendors offered to take a look and then provide estimate. He is reasonable and negotiable. On work day, he communicated clearly what time his crew would come and kept me updated. His crew were quick to work and finished the job in less than an hour to replace the broken water pipe under my backyard deck. I am happy with the service and hope he will get more business from me in future.

The team was quick and took every safety precaution. The kit that I wanted them to install was missing a part, they took it back to the store and picked up a new one with all the pieces. There was emergency water heater replacement job and they first quoted the best, communicated well on what water heater to buy from Home Depot and showed receipts, and finished installation timely.. they offered best and quickest service for the lowest price!! Def recommend

I love this company! I recently had a leak in my second bathroom's ceiling and I contacted severals companies through Yelp and Jose was among the first ones to reply to me back. We went back and forth through email discussing the leaking issue I had as I am not really comfortable talking on the phone for the first time so I feel relieve when he doesn't ask me to call him to discuss. I love that he is accommodating me by following the way I am comfortable with.

Jose came the next day on the agreed time and he followed Covid-19 protocols. He was able to detect the issue that caused the leaking without tearing apart my ceiling.

Jose also gave me few tips to improve and preserve my bathroom. It has been a week and we have no leaking issue, yay!

Overall, I am very happy and comfortable with Jose. I would hire him again for my next bathroom projects.
