My garbage disposal stopped working, was making a weird noise and the blades weren't turning. I emailed my home warranty company on a Saturday night (late) and they referred me to Blue Plumbing. The warranty company scheduled my appointment for Tuesday, but Blue Plumbing called me Monday morning and asked if they could come on Monday instead and that was okay with me. CJ called before coming. He was on time, and very nice and professional. He knows his stuff. My disposal was just clogged, he fixed it and that was that. Thank you Blue Plumbing! I highly recommend!

New Years Day, all the toilets backed up in our house & 2 of the showers! Of course it was a holiday & it was in the evening AND we had out of town guests! I called several plumbers who claimed to have 24/7 service and either got an answering machine or a ""don't having anyone working today""! Finally, my husband had been googling plumbers on his cell phone & suggested I call Blue Plumbing. I called & a live person,Susie, answered the phone & said she would call Brad to see if he could come out. She called back right away & said Brad could be here in an hour! He came out right on time & figured out the problem right away! Rather than a costly main line cleanout that I thought would be the case, it turned out to be the backflow valve that was clogged & was an easy fix! He not only fixed the problem, he showed us how we could clean it out ourselves if it ever happened again. I was desperate & he easily could have taken advantage of the situation to inflate the bill, but didn't! It's refreshing to deal with honest people you can trust to do the job right! Blue Plumbing will be my go-to plumber from now on!

I called and explained exactly what needed to be done in the shower tub area and was quoted a good price on the phone. However when Brad arrived, the price almost doubled. He explained that he ""misunderstood"" what needed to be done. My advice, get a written estimate. I did leave Brad the owner a message to discuss after the fact, and no return phone call. I also emailed him as well. Therefore, I did attempt to provide advanced notice prior to posting this review. Had other's not been intimidated by his legal jargon, and posted, I would have been forewarned. Be very aware of the full page disclaimer regarding reviews of this company.

Called to fix a leaking sink plumbing. Showed up an hour and half after the time given. Spent 30 min. Charged $200 plus parts ($24). Two days later my kitchen is flooded. Call to see about fixing the problem (24 hour service). I think they mean that they will get back to you 24 hours later. My advise is to stay away from this company

We had Blue Plumbing install a new outside faucet. I had tried installing it myself, but there was a leak in the wall. Blue cut a hole in the drywall to repair the leak and they did a perfect job of cutting the drywall so that it could be easily repaired. They reinstalled the drywall piece and we had it patched and painted the same day and you can hardly see where the hole was. And yes, they did the job fast and some other reviewers would say they charged too much for the amount of time. I say that I want the job done quickly, professionally, and cleanly. They did all that and well worth it!! I highly recommend Blue!

Our tubs and toilets backed up this Saturday morning causing water to spill onto the floor and preventing us from doing Laundry or using the water for any other reason. I tried contacting several local plumbers and just got their answering machine and a promise to return my call the next business day ... which was two days from now. That wouldn't work for us since we had family in town, so we tried calling another plumber - Blue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. My call was picked up by a live person on the first ring and Brad the plumber showed up in uniform and a marked service van, within a few hours to uncloak our drain. We were charged exactly what was discussed over the phone without any surprises.

I highly recommend Blue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning service.

Did the impossible! Showed up on time, did what they said they would do at the price they quoted. Both Brad and Susan were professional, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. I found myself a plumber!
