Georg has saved me on more than one occasion with his plumbing skills. From water pressure reduction valve replacements at my business . (And let me tell you sometimes those can be a bear to tackle) to hidden fun water leaks in the ground ( in freezing cold weather). He has always guaranteed his work and followed up to maKe sure everything was okay days later. He is patient, persistent, skilled and responsive. I trust him to take care of all my plumbing needs. He is great with communication via text. Not your typical plumber. He treats his job like a craft. You can trust he will get the job done when needed and correctly.

We needed to have an undermount sink and garbage disposal installed in our kitchen. After reading the positive reviews we had them come out to look a the job. We were quoted $1600.00 of which $600 was to remove the old sink. We mentioned it seemed high and they immediately reduced the quote by $200.00. We didn't accept the quote and I removed the old sink in under an hour. Needless to say we went a different direction and had to whole project done for a quarter of the price.

Yesterday was my second event with Blue Planet Plumbing. Couldn't say enough good about both. First was the hot water tank compression tank replacement and the second was three leaking toilets and one faucet. Both visits were taken care of quickly, efficiently and with great clarification as to the issues. Couldn't be happier with their work, integrity, clear identification of each situation and recommended solutions. The employees are polite, friendly - but not wasting time, and clearly identifying the issues. Regrading the toilets leaking, gave me information on contacting the City of Asheville water for credit! Highly recommend!

I had my water heater , and compression tank replaced,and a waterline put in for our refrigerator. Absolutely hands down the best service I have Ever had. Respectful, they will explain everything to you honestly. I had to run out the door to pick up my child unexpectedly, I had no reservations about leaving them in my home alone. I found Blue Planet Plumbing through a search on Angie's List (high ratings there). They were one of the few plumbers certified by Progress Energy to install a new, energy saving, heat pump water heater. It was Corey from Blue Planet who came out to give me an estimate and it was Corey who did the install. Although I'm not a plumber, I do have experience working in the building trades and I admired Corey's attention to detail, neatness, and positive attitude. He arrived right when he said he would and was fully prepared. He worked non-stop for 6 hours to complete the water heater install and complete a few other plumbing related projects. I would hire Blue Planet again and I would recommend them to my friends.

These guys are such a pleasure to work with! They know their stuff, they are efficient, friendly, patient (I asked a million questions) and most importantly they are trust worthy. They didn't try to upsell us or use scare tactics and walked us through what they were doing and finding. We used them for a remodel and for emergency leak detection service and it is such a relief to have such a great group of guys to be able to call.
