John from blue planet came out to do mold testing as we had a mold issue. He talked a great game and sounded professional. He pressured us into the work we needed done, telling us our mold spore count was through the roof . He did the work as described and did it correctly. After he performed the work he became difficult to get ahold of. So we became suspicious. We hired another company to do another mold test . We then found out that he charged us 13k more than we should have paid. After the second test we found that we still had a mold problem. When we talked with John about the price difference he became defensive and angry. But ultimately did more work to remediate the mold . Unfortunately we still had mold after the work he did . John became enraged when we tried to discuss the situation. He refused to talk with us and would not stand by his work guarantee. He told us that he was cutting ties with us and refused to do anything. So , we are currently still in the process of trying to fix everything. Beware of John he's unprofessional and not trustworthy.
