I just had the best plumbing experience ever. I am very leery of Plummer's because they are all rip off artist. Today I met the best Plummer ever ...Tito.

This guy has superb customer service skills, outstanding personality, and is very knowledgeable.

His prices were fair and he got the job done in a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with his work.

I highly recommend blue planet plumbing and drain's and the Plummer Tito to anyone who wants an honest, professional, friendly, clean, outstanding plumber to take care of their plumbing needs.

I shopped around with several different plumbing companies. These guys came out and confirmed pretty much the same problem the other companies diagnosed. The only difference was I got a better price (more than 2K less than the original quote) and the work one was completed in a day which included a ten year warranty. Aaron and his entire crew were extremely professional, and they did not destroy my landscape considering the work involved. I cannot recommend this company more than enough.

I had them replace my main water line, which had a continual leak in my front yard. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the estimate, they really considered what work needed to be done, and it wasn't an easy fix. The workers always seemed to be working hard, and my ground was very hard so it took them quite a while to dig the trench, they really worked a long time. My complaint came at the end of the job, it was late and they were finishing in the dark, but it seemed they really wanted to hurry and finish that night instead of coming back the next day to finish in daylight. The result was the yard was not put back neatly, and the brick they had to remove were laying around. Plus they had the corner sprinkler too close and we will have to trim the brick to make it fit. Later, we found out that two of our sprinkler housings were cut through by what looked to be the end of a shovel ... we had to dig them up and replace them. I'm giving three stars because up until the end I thought they were doing a very good job. I understand they are not landscapers, but they didn't prepare me for the mess we had to clean up and some of it I don't feel we should have, including the broken sprinklers. I do want to say that I did not call them to complain about the above issues, so they have not had the opportunity to fix it (tho we should not have had to).

I had an emergency call on Thursday night my bathroom sink was overflowing and i had water all over my floors I called Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing and they responded fast the technician was great and very helpful and solved the problem right away. They gave me a reasonable price! I highly recommended !!!

Well we called this company, provided a little information over the phone, and were give a window of between 4 and 6pm for the technician to show up. So we adjusted our schedule in order to make sure we were here.. Well, 6pm came and went.. No Call, No Show. Thanks for wasting my time!!!

They try to sell you services before they even enter your home to look at your problem. Made my problem worst. Had a slow draining tub and sink and when they left nothing would drain. Water was coming up from the base of the toilet. Told me it would be $320 to run a camera and hydro something on top of the $210 they were charging me to come out and try unclogging it because they needed to use a different machine. Tried to explain himself how he wasn't allowed to go on top of the roof but did it anyway. I contacted their office to ask for a manager or owner and no call back. Just lost $210 for nothing. Money I could of used for Christmas but instead gave it to some money hungry company! They wouldn't even give me a quote over the phone. Their website says they use a camera to find the problem for free. When I asked the guy after he tried to unclog it he said no it's not free. That's where he wanted to charge me $320 more to do.mTheir web site also says they give you a call after their services and to this day no call..their website is full of lies. The only reason I called them in the first place was because of their good reviews. Now I know not to trust reviews. Worst experience ever!

I called for a quote and left specific instructions to call me on my cell. Yep, you guessed it they called the wrong house number I called them twice to give them my cell. They did not call me back after waiting 2 hours I decided to give them this rating. They are a waste of time!.

I can not say enough good things about this company! What a breath of fresh air :-) We have been through so much with our sewer pipes, we constantly kept getting backed up and at the same time we were being charged an arm and a leg to unclog every time. Thousands of dollars later my husband and I decided that enough was enough and that we needed to fix this issue and be done with it. We decided to call 2 companies to have them come out and give us an estimate. We first called Rooter Hero which was a complete rip of! NEVER CALL THEM!!! They wanted to charge us $15K for replacing the pipes from the bathroom to the front lawn (only)....I nearly fainted when I heard that number. So when Blue Planet (Joshua and his crew) stopped by we didn't have much expectations except we were hoping to save a few thousand....well we ended up saving $7K by using them!!! They didn't cut any corners and it was clear that we had made the right decision. We are thrilled with the job they have performed! The crew completed the job in under 3 days and on the second day, they stayed until 11pm to finish the job so that I would not have to sleep in a hotel. Not only were they able to provide exceptional service but now I can breathe easy! Thanks Joshua & crew, you guys were excellent!!!

Joshua from Blue Planet came to my house to give me an estimate to unclog my patio drain. I had one other estimate and although Joshua's price was higher, he said he would match the lower price in hopes of getting my future business. He also guaranteed that he would unplug the drain or there would be no charge, something the other company wouldn't do. I had previously had a rooter company try and fail to open up the pipe, but Joshua said they used a high pressure hose to do the job. I was skeptical. Long story short, they came out two days later and unclogged the drain in a little over an hour. During the rain storm this week it performed perfectly.
