john from blue planet came out to do mold testing and remediation. he talked a good game and sounded professional. after he got the test results back he pressured us into doing work. he did the work as described and did it correctly. after you do the work he became difficult to get a hold of so we got a different company to do the mold testing because we felt as though there were still mold in the house. when we hired the second company we found out that John overcharged us by about $13,000 . we talked to John about this after we got the second mold test back and even though he was angry and defensive he did more work for us. unfortunately we still had more mold .John became irate when we confront him about this. and refused to stand by his guarantee and told us he didn't want anything to do with us. john from blue plant is dishonest and manipulative .

John came out and gave me a Insurance quote that I payed $174 for. Homevisor recommended. Said he would work w insurance company on price. Needless to say never did the job.. had to get another contractor. He is a scam artist and a liar. Also going to contact HomeVisor regarding this guy.

This place is a major rip off we spent over $30k to remediate the mold in our basement which I know was too much. The owner is a smooth talking salesman who sold us up on things that we did not need and yet wanted to charge us extra to wrap our ducts which was one of the the main sources of the mold in the first place. Partly the fault was ours because we didn't do our due diligence but our son's best friend works for the company and we respected his opinion.
