After seeing the bad reviews here I'm not sure what May have gone wrong but I had a good experience. They repaired a swamp cooler that nobody else seemed to just get it right, they cleared lines and installed a garbage disposal. so far so good, they were friendly and answered all my questions. I'm extremely picky with people who just don't communicate well and after talking with two gentlemen on their team it all worked out. I'll be calling them again for future jobs needed. Thank you.

We have had a clogged sink since November and we called out multiple plumbers since then to try and remedy the issue but to no avail. I had enough and finally started to do my research when I came across Blue Muscle. I inquired about pricing and such and was able to have a technician come out to our house the following day. To their discovery, they had found that we had a busted pipe which was causing a huge internal leak in our walls and under our flooring. The gentlemen from Blue Muscle took action quickly, and were able to get water specialists out the same day to check for mold or any other type of issues due to this pipe, that other companies neglected to relay to us. I appreciate their expertise and time take to help us out just in time for the warmer months. Our technician was very respectful and knowledgeable, and assured us that although we may not have wanted to hear the news, it was great we were finally fixing it once and for all. Pricing was reasonably lower compared to competitors but a great value for their level of expertise and quickness to address the issue. 100% recommend Blue Muscle Plumbing if you need service in the Antelope Valley.

i asked to snake my toilet 75 ft. he didnt do it.he did only 6 ft. he went for the easy one . n that is "" change d toilet . its too old "". i didnt buy it. n i will not pay if invoice will come. he tried to sell me a brand new toilet for $525.00. i wasnt sold on that eiither.he said my toilet is full of calcium has to b change.i finally got some one to clear my toilet drain, snaked it up to 12 ft n low n behold . it was cleared. wht good is it to change the toilet if the pipe isnt cleared . yeah it got plugged up w/ toilet tissue.i finally changed d toilet for $350, american standard brand. very nice., wht a deal.!!

My elderly parents house had a broken pipe under the foundation and the house flooded! I called Blue Muscle and am so glad I did! The most professional, prompt, and kind group of guys. They have gone above and beyond to help with the entire process, which if you have ever had your house flooded you know is not fun! These guys promptly responded came out with little notice to camera and hydro-jet my sewer main due to a sewage backup that resulted in dirty water coming through my bathtub drain and overflowing, flooding the bathroom and hallway. Their price for that was extremely competitive (actually lowest out of all of the plumbers I called, including some family friends). While performing the camera inspection, they found a bunch of thick roots and a fairly severely damaged clay pipe on the lower lateral of the main. They said they would need to dig down about 10ft in my front yard and reline the clay pipe, which they credited the camera inspection and hydro-jetting fees towards. After calling around and shopping that service, these guys were still the lowest cost for the re-lining service as well. They scheduled and began this service within 2 days. After digging the hole and cutting into the main just before the pipe damage, it was discovered that the damage the the pipe was more excessive that expected and that relining would likely not be possible, which left the alternative of digging up the main out in the street for costs upwards of $20k-$30K. Fortunately, the team was able to come up with a solution where the pipe can still be relined, saving me the 10's of thousands of dollars it would have otherwise cost me. Eugene, Julio and their team were extremely friendly and professional the whole time. They all talked me through the process every step of the way, explaining everything they were doing and why so that I understood what was happening. I will likely never use any plumber other than these guys as long as I live in their service area.

They came and quoted $850. They insisted that would be the whole charge including rotor, all pipes parts, sink, other parts, etc. We scheduled them to do the job and when they showed up the first thing they said was that we have to pay an extra 350 to open the wall. We pushed back saying they said $850 included everything yet somehow not opening the wall. We told them since they are here and need to get it fixed for tenant asap we can do 1000 total assuming that price is ""complete"", ""includes everything"", ""no other hidden fees"", etc. They agreed and insisted no other parts.

Anyway, they tell me after a couple hours that they are done but to finish they need to install a water dispenser and that it will cost between $150 and $500 depending on which style I want. I insist them to explain why this isn't included and they respond that if I want to buy my own part I can pay them extra just for the installation.

I now have an unfinished job. They claim I owe them $1000 and need to pay $150-500 to finish the job. Contemplating how to resolve this. Perhaps I will hire an honest company to finish the job instead of this company and just pay them the full amount instead of dealing with Blue Muscles tricks. Regardless I certainly will not use Blue Muscle again and strongly advise anyone against hiring them and relying on their ""fixed quote""
