Morgan H.I had all my faucets changed out. The p-traps were cleaned out, all soap scum cleaned out, etc. In one faucet, the sewer gas smell kept coming through the sink. I spoke with Choice Home Warranty, and they said the smell is not covered; however, this would be covered as it is an issue with the plumbing. Blue Mountain responded and saw my comments on the sewage line smell, not algae, mold, or mildew, but sewage. Two men showed up, one with the credit card machine in hand, and they told me that they had read the comments and knew it would not be covered. They asked if I was paying by check or credit card, making it clear that they did not intend to honor the service call and address the problem. They were rude and condescending, and I felt used and lied to for an easy service fee. They refused to address the issue and respond to my email and phone call. They told Choice Warranty noise is not covered. Noise? My claim has nothing to do with noise.
Blue Mountain was dispatched from my home warranty company to investigate my leaking garbage disposal. The technician was right on time, super friendly, and diagnosed the problem right away. It needed to be replaced. The next day the home warranty company approved the replacement and luckily I got the same technician to come out and install my new garbage disposal. The job was a little tricker than expected because my disposal was very very old and hard wired, but the technician dispatched the work very quickly.
They showed up on time and fixed the line to my water heater quickly, I have no complaints.

LUIS doesn't know anything 3 weeks later and we have damage now to our home due to the existing leak that he claimed was causing the water seepage to our floor aka basin
There was a small leak from basin however prior to them coming it was nonexistent hmmm
However, we knew that in order for him to really find the root cause of the leak he would have to open the floor that didn't happen. My fiancé had to cut the flooring out because it was starting to mold never got fixed.
Casey is horrible doesn't return calls and she has an attitude instead of being sympathetic that the people hired to do the job didn't complete it
was reassigned by our warranty company to complete the job and they canceled it and I find that to be a blessing in disguise
I could give them a -100 if I could, we read all the bad reviews and still wanted to give them as our home warranty asked us to do so, a chance; but nope sayings were right, they are huge scams they wanted to charge us $976 dollars out of pocket and we don't know what the technician has written to the warranty that they weren't covering it anymore (of course because they were thinking of ripping us off) all of a sudden,for a leak which was solved for 300 and is obviously covered by home warranty. Save yourself from headaches and say a huge NO right a way if you hear their name.
Jesse D.I spent 2 weeks waiting on them to make time in their schedule to run a camera and look at a broken sewer line. I lost count of how many times I waited for a call back only to be forced to call them and them tell me to wait another few days. The team doesn't work with you at all and they wasted 2 weeks of my time as I was forced to deal with them through a home service warranty. This was by far the worst plumbing service I've ever had the misfortune of trying to deal with.
Home Warranty company used this company to fix my hot water heater issue. First off, after they were contacted by my home warranty company, they didn't show up until 3 days later only for the tech to collect my service fee, take a couple of pictures and leave (a whole 10 minutes). He tells me my hot water heater is still under warranty and he will have to call my home warranty company, but will submit the pictures once he gets leaves my house (literally he told me, "give it a couple of hours for them to respond"). I call my home warranty company after 2 hours to see if they got the pictures yet (at this point we had already been taking cold showers for a week). They hadn't received anything, so I had to call Blue Mountain to see if they submitted the pictures. Of course they hadn't. All in all, I had to call Blue Mountain at least 5 times during the day because the warranty company was waiting on additional information from them so they could approve/disapprove the work.
After finally getting the approvals needed from the warranty company and time for us to schedule a time for them to do the work, they then tell me it will be another week before they can get back to do the work. "SERIOUSLY!!!" Not only are they wanting to wait another week to do the work, but they also added an additional $1500 of work that the warranty company won't cover. I ended up doing the job myself after watching a few YouTube videos and saved myself $900, a new 9 year warranty on the new hot water heater, and had the job done in about an hour, THE NEXT DAY!!!
And to top it all off, I looked up this company and found out their office of business is literally 2 hours away, which makes sense now. They probably were waiting to book a few more jobs in my city to make it worth the trip. I put notes on my service ticket with my home warranty company that they should at the very least do some work when they send out service tickets to just any old company. The least they can do is find someone in the same city. With a population of over half a million, it shouldn't be that hard to find.
Was recommended by my home warranty. What a waste of time they make an appointment and on the day of kept pushing it back. Having me miss work and just to cancel at 530. What a joke. Now i have to be without service for the weekend.
Was told I needed a new part for my water heater and that it would be ordered and he would schedule follow up. I finally got in touch with them after calling for a week to find out that they were just now ordering the part. I have not had hot water for 2 weeks now in winter. Stay far far far away.
Chanthou T.I had the worse experience with Blue Mountain plumbing. Their customer service are very poor. I got stood up by the Technicians so many times. I even have to call the office many times to make sure the technician will come out and waited but never showed up. I waited 3 weeks and never got my kitchen sink fixed. I had to switch to a different company. I would never use this company or recommend to anyone.
