Was recommended by my home warranty. What a waste of time they make an appointment and on the day of kept pushing it back. Having me miss work and just to cancel at 530. What a joke. Now i have to be without service for the weekend.

Was told I needed a new part for my water heater and that it would be ordered and he would schedule follow up. I finally got in touch with them after calling for a week to find out that they were just now ordering the part. I have not had hot water for 2 weeks now in winter. Stay far far far away.

I had the worse experience with Blue Mountain plumbing. Their customer service are very poor. I got stood up by the Technicians so many times. I even have to call the office many times to make sure the technician will come out and waited but never showed up. I waited 3 weeks and never got my kitchen sink fixed. I had to switch to a different company. I would never use this company or recommend to anyone.

TL;DR - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
My experience with Blue Mountain Plumbing was nothing short of a nightmare. Our water heater malfunctioned, and the Home Warranty company dispatched them to address the issue. The technician's visit initially seemed promising, arriving promptly around 5-6 pm, but that's where the positive aspects end. The tech determined there was nothing he could do that day, and would need to come back at a later date once parts and services were approved by the Home Warranty company.
The real trouble began with the invoicing process. The Home Warranty company had issues with the invoice Blue Mountain Plumbing submitted, leading to a prolonged and frustrating ordeal. Numerous calls were made to Blue Mountain Plumbing, specifically to Hayley, who failed to send the promised updated invoice to the warranty company. As a result, my claim remained pending, causing significant inconvenience and stress.
I was without water for almost 2 weeks! What kind of plumbing company leaves their customers without water?!
In the end, I had to seek an alternative plumbing service. Needless to say, I would strongly advise against choosing Blue Mountain Plumbing for any plumbing needs. The lack of professionalism, communication, and failure to fulfill promises make them a company I will never recommend.

It is now week 5 of our on going water heater nightmare. We've been taking cold showers for over a month but no one at this company seems to care. Ethan came out "looked at it" and said he would return with a heating element. didn't show up for 2 appointments.
When he did show up at 12pm ( the appointment was supposed to be from 2-6) October 31st, instead of going right into the open garage to fix the heater, he first sat in his car eating his lunch. My husband was the only one home and had an appointment he would have to leave for by 12:15 (which is why the appt was scheduled for 2-6 when I would be home). My husband went out and aske Ethan if he could, please, put down his lunch and do the work as he (my husband) would have to leave soon. Ethan continued to eat in his car. By the time Ethan finally got out of his car, my husband (who was already late) had to leave. He told Ethan and the company we would have to reschedule. We've been given three more "appointments" since but no one has shown up for anyone. Choice Home Warranty should take this company off their list of contractors ASAP. PS. we still have no hot water.

Kept dragging it out. Never showed up. Was rude about it. Then complained to my warranty provider that they assigned it to another plumber. I read all the negative reviews and didn't think a company could be that bad, I was wrong.

Showed up to collect service fee then canceled two appointments showed up the third time no parts to iinstall rescheduled showed up again at 2pm appointment was for 8am but broken faucet had to reschedule most incompetent company I've ever seen wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!

If I could give them less stars, I would. By far, this is the WORST company I've every worked with. On 15 October, we reported to a leak to our home warranty company. Our appointment was scheduled for the 18th of October, as soon as I received our scheduled appointment, I contacted Blue Mountain Plumbing to reschedule (that was the only day I would be out of town). I called multiple times over Monday and Tuesday, with no answer. On Tuesday, I received an appointment confirmation text, which I asked to reschedule. By Wednesday, the water damage was so severe that a mitigation team had to be called, Thursday the water to the house was turned off to allow the mitigation team to dry the area.
On Wednesday I again called the company, finally getting through and told them my water was being shut off on Thursday am and I needed a solution as quickly as possible. They eventually made it out Friday night around 7pm, they could not resolve the issues (because they had to wait for the Home Warranty Approval) or offer any solutions to allow us to have water turned back on.
They did not submit the information to the Home Warranty until Monday afternoon (all the while knowing our water was shut off). Finally, on Wednesday (10/25), the home warranty claim was approved. Blue Mountain Plumbing couldn't get us on the schedule until Thursday morning. They never showed for the appointment, my son was home waiting for them. The plumber did call me (during my medical appointment, which is why I had my son there), but never came to the house. They rescheduled for Friday morning (10/27 - today) knowing I had an appointment I had to leave for at noon.
They never showed, our water is still off. I've been trying to reach them to reschedule with no luck, we are not a priority (who needs water, right?), they won't return phone calls, their emergency line is not working (it has a message that it's out of the area or not taking phone calls). So for over a week, we have NOT had WATER to our house, and we have not date of when it will be turned back on.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Our Home Choice Warranty connected us with them and brought the worst 2 weeks of our lives. They were constantly late and the ETA would change. I ended up rushing home from work to meet the plumber for him to spend less than 5 minutes looking at our garbage disposal - he took a couple pictures and then claimed the brand we had usually had to get replaced. It took 1 week for the new garbage disposal to come in. The appointment was set from 8AM-12PM, he showed up at 11:55 pm. At which point then more problems came up he didn't realize considering he didn't even touch the garbage disposal, which took much longer. Only for him to realize that the new garbage disposal didn't fit our sink. IN the whole process he also had to use my kitchen bowls, and my towels to clean up the mess he made. Should they not bring their own supplies ???? Then ANOTHER week goes by for a new garbage disposal to arrive of the original brand, only for him to to say it still wasn't working.
Terrible experience. Even if they answer the phone, you have to constantly check in to see if they will show up. never working with them again.

I would give zero if that was an option. Bailey was the representative that came out to "look"at our water heater. Our home warranty sent this company to us and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone for anything. Bailey showed up in his pickup (no company logo, no tools, no parks look like a personal vehicle) and never touched the water heater; just took pictures. He said he would submit the pictures right away which, according to my home warranty, did not happen until the following day. He stated that our water heater looks like it had an attempted repair and needed to be replaced. Not sure how he knew it would need to be replaced when he did not even touch it. My home warranty said he sent two pictures and they tried to reach back out to him for two days for follow up information and nobody at the office answered the phone. This was on a Monday, and on Wednesday the home warranty company had still not heard back from Bailey. I received a text after the appointment on Monday stating that follow up service would need to be arranged and I have never heard back from this company again. I would expect a plumbing company that is coming out to look at a water heater that needs to be repaired or replaced would show up with a vehicle that had a couple of water heaters on it, or at least parts to service the water heater. Absolutely horrible customer service to me and the home warranty company.
