3 months ago this company was hired by my home warranty - they made me pay them $200 out of pocket to bring things up to code prior to them installing a garbage disposal. They installed it and the same day my dishwasher wouldn't drain. I notified Blue Mountain Plumbing and they said it wasn't their problem and told me to call an appliance repair. I paid $119 for an appliance technician to assess and he instantly knew it was a plumbing issue caused by Blue Mountain Plumbing as they'd left a drain plug in. So I re-notified Blue Mountain and they said they would reimburse the $119 via check. After 3 months of phone calls, they still have not reimbursed me. Very upsetting that this company made me pay out of pocket for an issue they caused and are avoiding responsibility. Do not recommend this company!!

Same story as the others, tried to require me to replace $1100.00 worth of additional items that the warranty company did not require me to replace. I would not advise anyone to do business with this company.

This is the worst plumbing company we came across. They came to our house thru our insurance company to fix our kitchen drainage , was so impatient, very eager to take the service fees from us. The technician told us that there are some food particles stuck in our drainage and is submitting the claim to the insurance company for approval. He said he will come back and fix the issue after servicing few houses .

What they actually submitted to the insurance company was that our drainage is not installed properly ( this is a 14 year old house from a reputed builder). Insurance rejected our claim but the insurance company was nice to work with us to bear some cost if we decide to fix the issue. We contacted two plumbers ( independently ) with good reviews and rating, both of them confirmed that there is nothing wrong in installation , there was a build up in the drainage because of the usage of food. Please note I got independent diagnosis from two plumbers (highly rated ) and both of them gave the same diagnosis results that there was a block in the drainage and could be fixed with snake the line. Contracted one of the plumbers to resolve the issue and they did an amazing job (we used Plumbing Bros)

As many stated above , We had the same experience with Blue Mountain plumbing , their business model is to take the service fees , lie to the insurance company, quote a higher price to fix some issue which Is nit there and get your money . A very unethical company , please stay away.

We have escalated the issue to our insurance company to relook about contracting with this Company.

I've had bad service before, but this company went out of the way to show us how unreliable and impatient they were. I don't recommend this company. Find an alternative company that will respect you and not treat you lackadaisically when you don't receive updates for a home warranty claim. I don't think customer service is professional or respectable, nor do I find the technicians respectable of service. Do not recommend

Waited around all day for scheduled appt time with window from 8am - 8pm only to find out at 7:15 pm they have rescheduled my appt for the next day with NO notice. Unreliable and unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

I too have had a terrible day bc of this company. They try to upsell and then when I declined they damaged out walls further claiming they needed more exposure. Cut our water line(so we had no water at all!) then left us high and dry. Bc they lied to warranty company the warranty company denied our claim. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I hope they get theirs one day.

our hot water heater went out on Sunday morning. Called my home warranty company and put in a claim, by 9 am I had been assigned Blue Mountain, went to their app and asked for Monday morning, afternoon or Tuesday morning....got no reply back! left a message Sunday afternoon asking for a call back about service. So on Monday I called at 9 am to see when they will be out....no one answered, left a message, by 11 am, still no call, so I tried again, left a message, so they return the call at 11:45 am only to say it would be Tuesday afternoon, not happy, I asked why they didn't answer the phones, according to them they were in a "meeting" ...gee thanks for letting me miss a day of work, for no reason....I called my home warranty company to let them know how unhappy I was and than this &^%$ company canceled my appointment ....so now it is being escalated by the home warranty company and they are trying to get a company out...by the way the home warranty company has been great and calling me with updates ...

Beware! These people are one of the plumbing companies the Home Warranty companies use and they are actively trying to make customers take upgrades they do not need in order to get their warranty work completed. when you challenge the validity of their claims they get angry and refuse to work with you resulting in your claim being tossed back to get reassigned.

in our case their technician insisted we needed an additional $1,2-1,500 additional for code upgrades to redo gas lines and an expansion tank on my water heater. My home is already up to code and I have the documentation to prove it from my county and water department.

We called "bullsh-t" and the technician left in a huff saying no one speaks to him that way, adding "good luck getting this fixed." he informed his boss we cussed him out and that's not even right. the owner called me and I explained to her what happened and she said she understood but they would be refusing the claim. I was ok, no problem. the next day when I called her to try to ask her if I could send over the documentation I had that we are already up to code she grew angry and told me until I got a plumbers license or my husband or brother she wasn't discussing this with me and hung up!

She had previously told me (prior to the appointment) that the warranty company I use is the absolute worst company there is out there and that she had told their COO they had a year to pull it together or they would no longer perform work for them.

DO NOT USE this company or do so at your own risk! totally unprofessional in all aspects!
