Horrible. our sump pump has had a weird issue going on a year and a half now. They've been out repeatedly, charged us hundreds...no answers. finally, in may 2021, they suggest a special grease trap. Months go by with no quotes on the cost like we requested. Repeatedly told the plumber was sick, this or that came up. Finally, they came out and we dropped even more money for this trap that would allegedly fix the issue. Now the issue is exacerbated. would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Our water heater was working fine but started to leak. It was in the house when we bought it over 11 years ago so we expected it needed to be replaced. I called Blue Mountain to schedule an appointment. The person on the phone clearly explained what to expect. I was told we would be charged a $99 fee to send out a plumber who would tell us what needed to be done and the prices but if I had him do the work, I would not be charged the fee. She asked if everyone was feeling ok in the house and what COVID precautions I would like observed while working in my house. I scheduled an appointment and was told the plumber would call me when he was on the way to my house.

On the day of my appointment someone from Blue Mountain called, to say they had a cancellation and asked if I would like to move my appointment up and if so they would send a plumber now. We accepted the earlier appointment and the plumber arrived as scheduled. The plumber asked if we wanted him to wear a mask and stayed distant from us in the house. We were given a price of $1,219.80 to change out the water heater and $81.16 to replace some pipes associated with the water heater. The cost was more than we were expecting but we said we would accept if he could replace the water heater today. The plumber called his office and was able to get the work scheduled for later that day.

A couple hours later two young plumbers arrived to replace the water heater. They were very friendly and got right to work. The replacement took about three hours. When finished they cleaned up after themselves and hauled away our old water heater. When the replacement was complete, we paid with a check and were give a written receipt and warranty. The next day we received a call from Blue Mountain asking the office asking if we were satisfied with the work completed. It has been a few days now since the installation was completed without any problems. We are satisfied and would use them again and recommend to others.

BEWARE ...MOUNTAIN PLUMBING AND HEATING ... I Spent almost 3 years in court with them! 2 separate Judges found them negligent, unbelievable on the stand ( owner and his crew) guilty of shoddy work and the list continues! Its All public record. They are scam, fraudulent and will lie under oath and expect a judge....and every day people to believe them! BEWARE!
