Called to set up an appointment and was able to get one set for the very next day to get my furnace cleaned and my AC lines inspected. They showed up on time and got the job done efficiently and quickly and was very friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend this company to everyone I know.

I was having an issue with my water heater and I called to see about getting it serviced. Well, calling this place was a mistake. The man that answered the phone was rude, arrogant, and rather than answer questions, had the attitude that he was the professional here and not to bother him with questions.
RUDE ATTITUDE, PASS ON THIS ONE!

We had a significant drop in water pressure at the back of our house. We have a turn of the century bungalow and old plumbing. Nathan came out and fixed our issue quickly, professionally and is just a super friendly guy. He throroughly explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. It was a big project and he worked efficiently and PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL!! We are so pleased with his work and can't recommend him enough. We are definitely keeping his number on hand for our home and rentals.

Nathan is great! He not only fit us into his busy schedule when it worked for us (during a small window of time), but he was very reasonably priced and generous with his services.

We called Nathan a couple of years ago for a repair on our AC unit, he came quickly and fixed our issue. Today he came again to check out our unit after another company tell us we needed to replace a part during an inspection, and the repair was over $1200. Nathan evaluated and found we just had a drain that was clogged. He promptly fixed it and saved us well over $1000 for a repair that didn't need to be done. I trust that Blue Mountain is going to be truthful about what is needed and not try to gouge their customers. They have been able to come quickly both times we called them. We will definitely be calling them in the future, and would absolutely recommend calling them!

We have used Blue Mountain and Nathan for a number of different projects is our 100+ year old house.
He has helped us with our heater, swamp cooler, and kitchen faucet replacement. Most recently we had a leak in our shower that he came and fixed by replacing the shower valve.
Nathan is always prompt, professional, honest and reasonabily priced.

My wife and I cannot recommend Nathan, the owner of Blue Mountain, enough. He is honest, thorough, reliable and offers far more reasonable prices than the giant plumbing/heating/air conditioning companies with the same skill set and attention to detail. In fact, we sought him out after 2 large plumbing companies were at a loss as to how to fix our hot water heater. We handed them large sums of money repeatedly and nothing ever was fixed for long. After Nate came to inspect our system we have not had any issues whatsoever. He is a pleasure to work with and we're happy to support his business.

Not sure why this company has high reviews my experience was horrible. The website says they have 24/7 emergency service. Called at 9:20 pm left a message. Called again in the morning at about 5:30, no answer. Called again at 9 this morning and someone answered. I explained the issue we are having with our water heater. The man on the phone said he wouldn't come out for their $39 assessment fee to tell me what's wrong with our water heater just so I could fix it myself. When I questioned his cost on the part needed for the repair (as I had done some research myself) he replied that the part may cost $10 but I have to make a profit and will end up charging you $100 for the part plus labor and the assessment fee. When I tried to question why he wouldn't let me pay for the assessment like he quoted without having him do the actual repair yet as I would need to discuss with my husband the cost and he sleeps during the day because he works the night shift the guy on the phone said he is not a non-profit organization. I told him I never asked for free service I just need to be pointed in the right direction so I can make an informed decision. I also said that telling me he wouldn't waste his time on a $40 assessment call when I may not use him for the repair does not give me reason to want to work with them for any future issues we may have and what about just general good customer service? He then proceeded to tell me how he has to charge a large amount for what is possibly a small job. He said that what may take a few mins and parts costing only $10-50 that in the end it will cost me upwards of $300 and apparently the cost is an issue for me so he can't help. I told him their customer service is horrible and hung up.

At first I was so happy that he could get to my house within two days to fix my swamp cooler. When he got here he said it was the pump and we had him replace it at a reasonable price. It seemed to work but the next day it was not working again we called him and he said to change the filters that he told us the day before were fine. After we changed the changing them it worked but we feel that if he would have did that the day before then the pump would not have to have been replaced. I think that he changed the pump not nowing what was really wrong. We would not recommend this company and will not be calling him again.
