Did a great job of installing the system a few years ago although I did have lift up the electrical wire off the ground that they installed. When looking to have repair work done no one answered the e-mail I sent (waited 3 days over a long weekend) and when I called I was first sent to some one on vacation (voice mailed answered) the I was sent to another persons voice mail ( left message). No reply after 2 hrs so I called back. Operator sent to a live person who told me I had to talk to the person who was on vacation. Hung up and call another HVAC company who set up an appointment for the next day.

Installed an A/C unit to our home in Campbell. Best price, one day install and cleaned up. There was a little confusion with the paperwork but that was cleared up

This company is about getting the money and leaving, even before the job is complete. We moved into our brand new built home and this company did the ac/ heater install for the builder. We moved into our home in June. By July we were needed to use the ac and it wouldn't even work. After a week of dealing with 90 degree weather in our home, the company sent out a worker. That same worker noticed a note he had written on the ac unit outside advising the company the job was not done because there was a leak in the line somewhere. Well the company ignored his notes and signed off on it anyways. The result of that, a customer with a brand new home, brand new unit that won't even turn on when it's 110 degrees outside.

Now NOT TO MY SURPRISE... it's winter, and me and my wife finally needed to use that heater. And what do you know... that doesn't work either.

This company is lazy, they don't fix problems brought to their attention by their own workers, and let alone can't even get new equipment to work properly, which just goes back to laziness, because they have the potential of course, but they are like I said about getting the money and getting out.

Don't trust this company, they don't even listen to their own workers when their is a problem, so what makes you think they would listen to you?

They are building in my neighborhood. The site manager was rarely around for most of the build. I had to hunt down a person twice by going several blocks away to the sales office. Trash has been all over the neighborhood. They have a dumpster that they don't even use to keep things neat. I got a nail in my tire. They replaced my fence and let the weeds that I worked a year to keep out of my yard back through! Left a sawdust, wood and nail mess. And did not put anything back where they found it. And I'm just hoping that isn't scratches on my brand new concrete! I told the builder, Junior?, that he will not be replacing the fence on the other side when they finish that house. I never want them on my property again. I would never let them build anything for me.

Blue Mountain has been working on renovating our condo complex. Every step of the way they have been far behind schedule, missing deadlines, and not communicating.

Stay away.

Contacting the Repair & Construction Division's client relationship manager Wendy via email was easy, to schedule the required inspection.

On the scheduled day, they arrived right on the dot at 12:30pm (slot allowed 12:30pm-4:30pm). Granted, four hour window for the process varies per residence (mine was done in two hours, really depends on size and state of your space).

Blake and supervisor Glenn conducted an interior inspection of my condo unit as part of the HOA contract, looking at and repairing as needed during the actual inspection time rather than having to schedule followup repairs later. If any additional items discovered outside then scope of contracted work, it's documented. When they say they want to maximize efficiency and minimize disturbances, they mean it!

They did thoroughly examine the attic (caulking, gaps in drywall), garage, electrical outlet panels on walls shared with other units (fireproof layer will melt and seal, not allowing fire from adjacent unit to travel through the wall via the outlet airspace), windows and door seals, heating (furnace, water heater) and air, electrical sub panel (sealing), no water staining on ceilings, signs of balcony rot, etc.

It really went smoothly! Proactive way to complete necessary repairs, in a timely manner. Inconvenience but so worth it knowing my home is done right, up to code and safe. Cooperative, friendly, great job!

Sign me up as another very unhappy customer. I hired Ed, who seemed like a really nice guy, to replace the heating ducts on my rental unit as rats had infested them and made the heater unusable. After Ed's company had ""completed"" the work, my tenants called and said it smelled like rat feces and mold when they ran the heat. When they looked in the return there were lots of feces in it and it hadn't been replaced. I called Ed and he insisted it was the only duct that was missed and sent a guy out later that day to fix it. While his guy was there, my tenants check all the vents and lo and behold another vent was missed. Ed said everything is good but, guess what, it still smells like feces and mold when my tenants run the heat. Ed said I need to do extra cleanup to which I pointed out he told me (ASSURED ME) everything would be clean and great after he replaced the ducts and he didn't mention the need for additional work when he bid the job. After we got in an argument on the phone (I told him he promised to fix the situation and that my tenants still did not have heat and threatened to sue) he hung up on me and on my next phone call when I tried to call him back to work something out. So, I now need to get another professional to check out/replace his work and fix the mess he left. Skip Ed, save yourself the headache and stress, and find a real professional.

AC unit is down. Registered a case through the HOA portal. Blue Mountain is the contractor for the job. It has been 9 days. Nothing has happened so far.

I can't imagine if this was the summer time and I was unable to use the AC for my two year old son.

What a joke. No wonder their rating is so low. This company installed my AC in our new house 2.5 years ago, so we called them because the builder said they would be the company to contact for warranty work. I called 4 times. I repeatedly talked to different front office people, who transferred me to the warranty service department. Each time I got a voicemail message that states their goal is to respond within 30 minutes. I NEVER got a return call. I called another company who not only responded immediately but came the same day and fixed the problem within 30 minutes.
