2. Plumber with skills who knows how 'to find a problem and fix it'. Thank you, Nelson, for clearly explaining and then repairing our issue. Our tenant was pleased & just texted me, "I liked his work ethics." :)
3. Reasonable price...I first read other Yelpers' reviews who mentioned the value in hiring Blue Lion (over other companies' estimates they had received). I found them to be very reasonable as well so did not need a second estimate!

Had a delightful conversation with Jordan on the phone this morning, scheduled a plumber to go out this afternoon...ONE and DONE! Thank you, Jordan and Nelson, we will use you again!

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! The sprayer at our kitchen sink wasn't working properly. I had tried to repair it on my own with no success. Based on recommendations from within our neighborhood, I called Blue Lion Plumbing asking for a plumber to come out to repair it. Instead of immediately making an appointment to take our money, the customer service representative who answered the phone suggested I send pictures to help diagnose the issue before a visit. Once I did, they suggested I contact Moen first to see if the part is under warranty. Sure enough, even though the part was installed in 2011, Moen stood by their warranty (kudos to Moen too!!!) and sent us the replacement part...for free! Thank you Blue Lion for providing amazing customer service and being focused on us instead of solely making money for your company. By doing so, we will definitely contact you again if ever needed! Thank you Blue Lion Plumbing!!

I will be using Blue Lion for all of my plumbing needs. I filled out an online request and was contacted right away about scheduling a visit. John and Will were amazing! They came to my house to assess a hammering noise the pipes were making. They identified the problem quickly and fixed it without any issues- and for a great price. They even explained some of the ins and outs about shutting off the water, etc. to me. Thankful for such a great experience with Blue Lion!

I have used Blue Lion Plumbing in the past and had good results, but this time it was a very bad experience. I needed a water heater and I can go on and on with my poor experience and I have tried to settle my very poor experience with Blue Lion but they do not agree with anything I had to say. Blue Lion would not budge a single inch. Like arguing with a person that something is the color of white and they argue that the color is black and that is all they will ever see. I had a water heater replaced Saturday and after it was replaced it needed electrical work. I texted them to PLEASE call me the day the water heater was installed on a Saturday, but they never did call and never replied to my text pleading for help until the following Monday morning. So, I cannot recommend them for the poor customer service and lack of any customer service. So much for the customer is always right it was more like I am crazy for expecting anything from them or a simple return phone call or reply to my text was crazy. I know the owner or his wife will reply with something to my review making me seem crazy for expecting a little customer service and have a totally different story but you always have to remember there are always two sides of the story. I also asked if they could offer any sort of discount for the $2,025 water heater since I have used them since 2020 and I had referred people to them and again not a single dollar could be taken off they said. They said that was the best price and no discounts could be given. You mean to tell me if a relative or someone who has only used them for plumbing as i did or good friend needed a hand that they would not give them a discount? I also lost my job in 2020 due to covid and as I said I used them and never asked for a discount but when this company could have really helped a person in need they just replied no. Please remember- Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind ALWAYS

Rest assured. This plumbing company has everything you want. The wife answers the phone on the first ring. She schedules you for service promptly. She gives you a 2-hour window in which the plumbers will come. They show up on time. They fix the problem. They do not leave a mess at all. The fees are very reasonable. If only all plumbing companies were like this one! They have my gold seal of excellence. 100%.

OMG...I'm so impressed with the service I received from this company. John & Will were amazing technicians. They were punctual, polite, & professional. They diligently worked on replacing my water heater....and refused to leave until they were sure everything was working properly. They even had the NERVE to clean up afterwards....now that's service at it's best! It's so refreshing to see young folks dedicated to their work & pleasing the customer. No doubt they're valuable members of a great team.

Just called to see if they Service the Kirby area, Receptionist wasn't sure. She left to try and find out, however, she wanted to know what the problem was, before she could tell me if they would be able to service this area. Not sure why it mattered with 5 Star Ratings. Oh, well, I told her I would look for another Plumbing Company.

We just moved into a new house. There was a leak in the kitchen we noticed as soon as we got the water turned on. Blue lion plumbing came out and helped us the next day even though it was Saturday. He was friendly and kind and very knowledgeable. We ended up walking the entire house inspecting everything he gave some great information without just trying to sell me stuff. Looks like i found my go-to plumbers forever. I would most definitely recommend. Professional and great service all around.
