We just moved into a new house. There was a leak in the kitchen we noticed as soon as we got the water turned on. Blue lion plumbing came out and helped us the next day even though it was Saturday. He was friendly and kind and very knowledgeable. We ended up walking the entire house inspecting everything he gave some great information without just trying to sell me stuff. Looks like i found my go-to plumbers forever. I would most definitely recommend. Professional and great service all around.

Owners, Heather and Martin, and Plumber John did a "this is how business should be done right experience today." I am rarely "speechless" but today when John came he had a "brand new replacement tank" for our Flushmate Toilet. It was installed on 3/24/22. I texted a video of the sound the day before. John said they discussed our situation in the office. A replacement was going to be the solution because there had to be a function issue after two incidents. The company took ownership and fixed it.

The prices are reasonable and the communication is solid. John is great at explaining. Best of all "they keep the warranty information in their data base". Yes! You are not responsible for that information! I strongly encourage you to contact this company for your plumbing needs. We are dropping our "big box plumbers" for the service of this wonderful small business with "doing it right for the customer." Look...I found my words!

Woke up with lukewarm water and had a company come out and look at our water heater. They came out and looked at our breakers, charged $165.00 and suggested we just go ahead and get a new water heater, provided a quote and left. I called Blue Lion for another opinion and a quote for a new heater. I provided all the work and warranty information from the previous company (I did not provide the dollar amount) and Blue Lion quoted all the same services and warranty for a way better bottom line. I wish I could remember the young mans name who arrived to install the new heater, because he was great. Very courteous, knowledgeable and completed the job within an hour or so (including hauling the old heater away). We had hot water back and the wife and daughter are happy again. HIGHLY recommend Blue Lion.

Our master bathroom sink drain was backing up and leaking. Got multiple quotes from different plumbers, but ultimately decided on Blue Lion and we are SO happy we did. John was super prompt, professional, friendly, explained everything he did, and most importantly he did a wonderful job. Plus, the pricing is honestly super competitive for the quality! Martin, and John were very friendly, professional, thorough, and fast! Thank you for wearing masks. Instead of using the cheap parts my plumber friend bought, they got a higher quality which will last longer, no extra cost. Usually I worry about being charged too much but Blue Lion's rate was actually less than what a local handyman was going to charge me!! And Blue Lion has Master plumbers. I'm so extremely happy with how awesome the new kitchen faucet looks. Now I have my plumbing company for life! :) THANK YOU TEAM BLUE LION!

We were caught with a significant week-before-Christmas emergency slab leak. I called at least 7 different companies. Most, it seemed, didn't want to deal with the frustration of a large job or felt ill-equipped to cope. It was a three-day job which they performed with a high level of excellence. Really thankful to this company for detecting a concealed water leak. Over the past week, we had SAWS calling saying they believe we have a water leak due to spike in usage based on pattern. Also we installed the Flume, a flow meter, which indicated we had a leak of 2 gallons per minute!!

He came out, identified the leak, and repaired it. For all the work he did, they were very reasonably priced. We found them through high recommendations through the Next Door app.

Another 5-star job from this team! They are such kind and trustworthy workers! They came out and fixed our hot water issue with our kitchen sink at a very affordable rate! They could've charged us for an expensive fancy water heater system without assessing other options s (which we may ask them to install in the future), but instead they did the honest thing. Will continue to use them for ALL our plumbing needs. Thank you!

BEST PLUMBER IN THE FREAKING WORLD!!!!! Highly recommend!!!! LOWEST PRICE of any other plumber!!!!! If you have a quote from another plumber, I would recommend you call Blue Lion Plumbing before you get the work done!!!!
I went without water for almost 2 weeks (due to a slab leak) and had 2 other plumbers come out prior to Blue Lion Plumbing. I was about to get a loan for $10,000.00 to re-pipe my whole house, since the plumbers had told me that they were going to need to do a partial re-pipe which was going to be almost half of the price of the whole downstairs re-pipe. I decided to just get a loan and be done with the problem, but my husband had been given a glowing reference by one of his customers for Blue Lion Plumbing. She told my husband that the plumber did a great job and he had been able to complete the job for her plumbing at around half the price of other plumbers! We decided to go ahead and try one more plumber before getting that loan and I'm so glad we did!!!!!! Martin Rich came out the next day (since I work from home I scheduled with him to come by any time he could the next day- if he could squeeze us in). He looked at the property and just started digging. He found the leak (it was at the edge of the slab) and was able to fix it the same day!!!!! Then came the bill...
The LOWEST plumbing bill I have ever paid (and I've had quite a few)!!! It ended up costing less than the cost of American Leak Detection (who wasn't able to schedule me for over 2 weeks)!!!!!! He did an amazing job and he did the job for the most unbelievable price!!!!!!!!
