Woke up with lukewarm water and had a company come out and look at our water heater. They came out and looked at our breakers, charged $165.00 and suggested we just go ahead and get a new water heater, provided a quote and left. I called Blue Lion for another opinion and a quote for a new heater. I provided all the work and warranty information from the previous company (I did not provide the dollar amount) and Blue Lion quoted all the same services and warranty for a way better bottom line. I wish I could remember the young mans name who arrived to install the new heater, because he was great. Very courteous, knowledgeable and completed the job within an hour or so (including hauling the old heater away). We had hot water back and the wife and daughter are happy again. HIGHLY recommend Blue Lion.

Our master bathroom sink drain was backing up and leaking. Got multiple quotes from different plumbers, but ultimately decided on Blue Lion and we are SO happy we did. John was super prompt, professional, friendly, explained everything he did, and most importantly he did a wonderful job. Plus, the pricing is honestly super competitive for the quality! Martin, and John were very friendly, professional, thorough, and fast! Thank you for wearing masks. Instead of using the cheap parts my plumber friend bought, they got a higher quality which will last longer, no extra cost. Usually I worry about being charged too much but Blue Lion's rate was actually less than what a local handyman was going to charge me!! And Blue Lion has Master plumbers. We were caught with a significant week-before-Christmas emergency slab leak. I called at least 7 different companies. Most, it seemed, didn't want to deal with the frustration of a large job or felt ill-equipped to cope. It was a three-day job which they performed with a high level of excellence. Really thankful to this company for detecting a concealed water leak. Over the past week, we had SAWS calling saying they believe we have a water leak due to spike in usage based on pattern. Also we installed the Flume, a flow meter, which indicated we had a leak of 2 gallons per minute!!

He came out, identified the leak, and repaired it. For all the work he did, they were very reasonably priced. We found them through high recommendations through the Next Door app.

Another 5-star job from this team! They are such kind and trustworthy workers! They came out and fixed our hot water issue with our kitchen sink at a very affordable rate! They could've charged us for an expensive fancy water heater system without assessing other options s (which we may ask them to install in the future), but instead they did the honest thing. BEST PLUMBER IN THE FREAKING WORLD!!!!! Highly recommend!!!! LOWEST PRICE of any other plumber!!!!! If you have a quote from another plumber, I would recommend you call Blue Lion Plumbing before you get the work done!!!!
I went without water for almost 2 weeks (due to a slab leak) and had 2 other plumbers come out prior to Blue Lion Plumbing. I was about to get a loan for $10,000.00 to re-pipe my whole house, since the plumbers had told me that they were going to need to do a partial re-pipe which was going to be almost half of the price of the whole downstairs re-pipe. I decided to just get a loan and be done with the problem, but my husband had been given a glowing reference by one of his customers for Blue Lion Plumbing. She told my husband that the plumber did a great job and he had been able to complete the job for her plumbing at around half the price of other plumbers! We decided to go ahead and try one more plumber before getting that loan and I'm so glad we did!!!!!! Martin Rich came out the next day (since I work from home I scheduled with him to come by any time he could the next day- if he could squeeze us in). He looked at the property and just started digging. He found the leak (it was at the edge of the slab) and was able to fix it the same day!!!!! Then came the bill...
The LOWEST plumbing bill I have ever paid (and I've had quite a few)!!! It ended up costing less than the cost of American Leak Detection (who wasn't able to schedule me for over 2 weeks)!!!!!! He did an amazing job and he did the job for the most unbelievable price!!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Blue Lion. My home warranty company, AHS, and their ZERO star vendor were trying to rob and up sell me. Martin came to my home on a Wednesday, diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and replaced my water heater and PRV that Saturday. I'm sure he would have replaced the heater quicker if I didn't have to fight with AHS for a reimbursement. The previous company told me that I needed additional work to my shower and other water heater, when in fact I did not. Martin's wife, Heather, was a pleasure to work with as well. She was quick to respond to my text messages and really tried to work with me after I told her the problems I was having with the other company. I finally have hot water, decent water pressure and no water hammering in my home! Thank you, Martin!!! I highly recommend Blue Lion and have already recommended him and his company to friends and co-workers.

SO glad our realtor recommended this company! We are selling my late father's home and needed a new water heater to bring it up to code. From start to finish, these guys are a dream to work with! Punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, honest...they did everything we asked at a fair price and were VERY good about letting us know every step of the way what needed to be done, approximately how much it would cost, and were glad to explain why they needed to charge what they did to get the job done correctly. I have dealt with "shady" plumbers before, and Blue Lion is absolutely transparent and above board! Martin and his helper were friendly, fast, and did a fantastic job. They also completely re-set a toilet the flooring people had put in badly. Absolutely recommend this family owned company!!
