I've had to have three different people come fix the heating and cooling system installed and it hasn't even been a year. I am so disappointed

I had submitted a quote request for a new indirect-fired water heater through Yelp and received offers from 4-5 different plumbers. Steve from Blue Line impressed me with his price and his specific window for the installation. Within 48-hours, he was here with his assistant Franco. They made quick work of taking out and disposing of our hold tank, and installing the new one. Total job took them about 2.5 hours. He was helpful in flushing and explaining some aspects of our boiler for its ongoing maintenance and repair.

Steve & Franco were pros -- remaining masked and careful when they were in our home. Steve talked me through how to set the temperature of the tank clearly and showed me everything I need to know. Best of all, they had an excellent price, and there were no surprise charges. What they had quoted is exactly what I paid.

I would definitely use them again!!

I contacted Blue Line when my gas boiler stopped working, in freezing temperatures. My house was 44 degrees and I needed someone that day.
I texted the number and got a response within a few minutes, and they were able to fit me in within a 4-hour window.
The only reason I didn't end up using them was because a company closer in location was able to fit me in within the hour, and I was cold. However, I really appreciated the quick response and the communications with Blue Line was professional and efficient--I will definitely use them in the future!

I have had issues with one of my heating zones at my house for over two years. I asked around on the internet (back on 2018), and my neighbors, and I was given a coupon by someone to use a service that is advertising everywhere in Mass (on billboards etc.). The guy showed up and replaced the zone valve and charged me $450! I was not very happy with the price, but as long as the home was going to be warm, I didn't care. A couple weeks later the zone started failing again, and I asked them to come back. The new guy showed up and told me that I had to replace the water pump, and possibly some relay on the furnace for a total cost of $1200! I didn't want to spend the money, so I kind of delayed calling someone else to take a look at it.
I decided to get a second opinion, and I searched on Yelp for someone else. I was impressed with the rating for Blue line systems, and all of the commends that I had read. I called them and Matt showed up the following Friday. He took some measurements, and walked around the house for a few minutes. Matt came back to me finally and said ""Your problem is not with your zone, or the plumbing equipment but with the electric line that connects your thermostat to your boiler"". He found the bad connection and reattached properly and VOILA! since them (over 4 months ago) no problems whatsoever with that zone.
Matt is a true professional. No BS, no gimmicks, no smoke and mirrors. He charged me for the visit basically for just showing up and troubleshooting the issue (and fixing it as well), and I was happy to pay the $125 he asked for.
I Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Steve reached out to me after I had requested a service bid from a provider recommended by a neighbor on Yelp. He was prompt and detailed, and his price was better than the one from the recommended provider so we gave Blue Line a try. Very happy we did. Steve came by within a few days (it was not an urgent repair) and sent us a detailed email about what the problem was and what he would do to fix it. He gave us a budget for the repair, which was reasonable, and stuck to it. He returned a few days later with the part and installed it, again following up with an email to explain what he fixed. Was easy to pay him electronically. Overall, excellent customer service, high quality work, and very easy to coordinate payment/access. Will be using Blue Line again should we need repair work done. Highly recommended.

Steve is a good guy. I turned over my keys to him and let him do his work. He replaced a furnace and boiler with a super-efficient Bosch Combo unit. And he installed a new bath/shower while moving the sink & vanity. We hit some snags with this hold Jamaica Plain triple decker but Steve puzzled his way through them all and never added costs even as his hours grew longer and longer. Steve gets the job done.

I had a great experience after contacting Steve Whelton at Blue Line Systems. My AC compressor wasn't working, and I'd gone without AC for a while in the hot weather. Shortly after I contacted him through Yelp, he got in touch and said he would stop by that very day to look at it. He quickly assessed the situation and said he would order the parts that I needed. He never presented a more expensive option; in fact, although my compressor is old, he said it was a quality brand and fixable. Two days later he came back with the parts and fixed it. His price was fair and he did a terrific job. I highly recommend this company!
