Gilbert with Blue Dragon is the BEST!!! He came out to fix an emergency issue with our kitchen sink today and was just awesome. He's personable, warm, friendly, super quick and good at what he does, and even my dog loved him.:)) I will call him from now on, no question!

I found Gilbert and Blue Dragon by searching Yelp. Hard to argue with 5 stars after that many reviews.

He was booked solid when I called, obviously in high demand. He offered to recommend somebody else for the job cause he was so busy (who does that anymore??). Good for me, I wasn't in dire straits and was able to wait for his next available appointment.

Gilbert was professional, honest and awesome. Arrived when he said he would, walked me thru the job and the billing.

Now here's the kicker. He charged me LESS than he quoted me. At the end of the job he sat me down and told me the job wasn't the "bear" he thought it would be from the pictures I sent him, so he knocked a chunk off the price. Once again, who does that??

Turns out the answer is Gilbert from Blue Dragon Plumbing.

I wouldn't use any one else.

I had a last minute plumbing need that came up and he was able to make it out same day which was amazing. They are also fantastic communicators and respond quickly and keep you in the loop - which is not normal for sure.

Extremely friendly and work was great. Prices were reasonable too.

I'll never call a different plumber again. They have a business card magnet that was promoted to the front of the refrigerator so it is official! :)

I've been using Yelp for quite some time, but never been compelled to write a review until having Blue Dragon come to my house. I was replacing toilet and found a completely busted toilet flange in my concrete slab. Flange was broken to the point of needing to replace the entire flange not add a flange fixing device on top. Gilbert from Blue Dragon was able to come by on short notice and service the project in one hour for under $200. I had received phone quotes from other well rated plumbers on Yelp for $360 and $500.

Gilbert's also probably the friendliest tradesman I've ever had in my home and would gladly welcome him for future plumbing projects.

I needed to have my water heater replaced so I came to Yelp and called about 5 plumbers to get quotes for how much it would cost. Gilbert responded to me the same day with an accurate quote. He answered my questions via phone or email quickly and with the details that I needed. From his answers and the details that he provided unprompted, I felt very confident that he would be the best person for the job. I did get some other quotes - they all started significantly lower but as I started asking questions, "Does this need to be done, is this important, do you charge for xyz?" they all crept up to the ORIGINAL price that Gilbert had quoted me. I am so appreciative that he didn't try to reel me in with a lower price and then surprise me afterwards with all the "extras" that needed to be done in order to do the replacement correctly. If I didn't have his quote, I wouldn't have even known to ask about all the other things that needed to be done.

Working with Gilbert is a pleasure. He's a really nice gentleman and taught me the plumber motto, "The Plumber protects the Health of the Nation." I'm really glad that I got the opportunity to work with Gilbert and definitely recommend that if he is available to help with your project or repair, that you snap up that appointment!

I have not received any actual service from Blue Dragon, but I just called, inquiring on a specific issue, that unfortunately Blue Dragon does not specialize in, yet, without hesitation, referred me to the right place!

Can't say enough good things. I'd give Gilbert 10 stars if it would let me!

We're selling our house and the inspection came back with an item we agreed to take care of - the hot & cold lines in a bathtub were reversed. Because of the great reviews, I called Gilbert. He was really nice, asked what kind of faucet it was and brand. He then told me it wasn't a difficult fix and told me how to do it.

I told my husband and he wasn't comfortable doing the work. And we thought our buyers would appreciate it being done by a professional (and correctly) so I called Gilbert back and asked when he might be able to come do it. I felt bad because it seemed like a silly job for him to have to waste time to come out for. But he was so nice. He was on a job in Round Rock and said he'd stop by (I live in Cedar Park) when he was finished. Within 2 hours he was at my house.

He began working and realized there was a bit more involved than first thought but he still had it corrected within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable.

I highly recommend Blue Dragon Plumbing!!
