Gilbert did a wonderful job for us today -- a SATURDAY! Don't know if he normally works weekends, but he was able to come out to Georgetown today and fix a toilet and a valve and did it all quickly and for a very reasonable price. Plus he is a very nice guy and answered lots of questions and gave us good advice. Call him -- you won't be sorry!

I've called this company 3x over the past 2 years. Every time I call I'm told they are 1 or more weeks out before they can even look at the service need.
He also doesn't call back or respond to message.i had to call him again. Nice when you talk to him but you probably can't easily hire him.

I attempted to schedule with Blue Dragon, but be aware, they don't work on Grohe systems. They suggested two other plumbers and responded quickly.

I had Blue Dragon Plumbing come out for a leak on a exterior faucet. I had never used them before and later learned Gilbert is the single employee/owner. He was very quick to respond and when he arrived was very efficient in removing the existing faucet and replacing it. The cost was reasonable I think. Gilbert is very friendly. I will definitely use Blue Dragon Plumbing again when a plumbing need arises.

Gilbert is the best! Super communicative and gets the job done super fast. And if he's busy, he even has a personal list of other plumbers he recommends. Prices are reasonable and up front (doesn't require someone to come out to get a quote/give you some arbitrary ballpark number).

We had already prepped the site for him to fix our main water valve and he had it done in less than 20 minutes. We spent more time waiting for the water to be turned off and back on than he actually spent on the job.

Would definitely use again for plumbing needs!
