My water heater conked out about 5:30 pm on Tuesday.
Got Mr. Roth on his cell phone at 5:42 pm.
We agreed on the price, he assured me he could get a 50-gallon unit and possibly have the job completed late in the day Wednesday or by Thursday morning at the absolute latest.
He arrived at my house at 11:55 AM, Wednesday, with his assistant Danny, removed the old heater, and the new heater arrived from the distributor/wholesaler at about 1 pm.
Job was completed within two hours, shortly after 2 pm Tuesday, and that also factored in their 30-minute lunch break.

I had called three leading legacy plumbers before Mr. Roth.
One has yet to call me back, even though he worked with me previously with fine results.
Number two blew me off, stating that they couldn't address my request until mid next week. When I declined, instead of referring me to another plumber, the call just ended.
Another company called me back Wednesday morning at 8 pm, but I had already contracted BlueDot.

Jonathan Roth's BlueDot Plumbing exhibited a level of professionalism by which all other contractors should be judged and I highly recommend you hire them.

We've had John come out twice in about 4 years to fix some leaky problems. The first was a bathroom faucet and the most recent was a toilet leaking around the base. Both times he was quick to respond, fair and honest, and quick to repair what needed to be repaired. Highly recommend.

Had him instal a toilet and complained about our old house???? I called him back for a sink issue and he came by said he wished we had lost his number (Don't worry done ) he gave me other Plummer's names to do the job. Won't use again . Call Russel Pfeiffer instead he can fix anything.

blue dot came out to give me a quote. pretty east washing machine install. as soon as he found out he had to crawl under the house he refused the job. not saying it was easy but isnt that what plumbing is?? running pipe under houses?

Jonathan is a very honest and reliable plumber in the Arnold area. It's very hard to find tradesmen in the area, let alone ones that you can rely on. He is very responsive, fair and does a top quality work. He's has installed toilets, a hot water heater and a water conditioner for me. He recommends top quality brands and does not skip on the quality of supplies used. He typically does not work on the weekends but will sometimes answer emergency calls if he's available. He's worth waiting for if he's not immediately available!
