If you need a good plumber, call Ramon at Blue Diamond Plumbing and Rooter. He helped us out with a couple of things -- replaced two water valves for our washer and put in a new kitchen faucet. He was super fair with pricing, got everything done quickly, and was just really easy to work with. We liked him so much we called him back when we found a leak at our backyard hose hookup. He replied fast and showed up the next day to fix it. Honestly, my husband and I are really happy with his work. Ramon's kind, respectful, and treats your home like it's his own. We had a great experience with Ramon. Our business toilet was wobbly and the caulking was coming off. Ramon arrived on time and immediately identified the problem as a poor initial installation with the flange being above the concrete so it was not level. Had them install new bathroom sinks which included fixing some leaking valves and redoing the drains. They were very friendly and clearly explained the costs before doing any work and I even appreciated them putting shoe covers on when entering the house and being patient to work around other contractors that were working at the same time.
They did great work and explained everything they did and also tested and re-tested low pressure from the sinks. They showed me that my water lines had good pressure so I knew it wasn't a bigger problem.

I can't say enough good things about Ramon and Blue Diamond Plumbing! We initially had another plumber come out to assess our issue, and they gave us a staggering $10,000 estimate. They claimed all our pipes were cast iron and needed to be removed, descaled, and replaced, along with upgrading a 1-inch pipe to 2 inches and replacing the drywall. It felt excessive, so we decided to get a second opinion.

Enter Ramon. He came out for a **free estimate** and was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. He carefully assessed the situation, provided multiple options, and explained what was truly necessary versus what could be temporarily remedied if budget was a concern. He also made recommendations but was very clear that they weren't mandatory. There was **zero pressure**, just honest guidance.

Tenant reported gas leak in around 4pm yesterday in Laguna Niguel. Gas company came and shut off the gas meter said it's house pipe that has problem. Ramon responded really quick in just a few minutes on Yelp said he can come at 6pm for a gas pressure test to identify where the leak is and then will provide estimate for how much it is for the repair. Then he showed up on time, did the testing and identify which section was leaking quick and offered a reasonable price for repair. The best part is he made the opening on wall really small which is easy for us to patch it up later. Thank you Ramon for quick response and same day repair! Will recommend you to anyone!
