Service calls for HVAC & Plumbing are priced at a hourly charge; For electrical services, the rate is set at a 1 and a half hourly session. Our office hours are 8 AM until 5 PM. For after-hours service are $225 per hour.

BDMEP showed up on time. They gave me a one quote prior to starting the work. I approved, they did the work and I was happy with the work performed. The issue was when I got the bill. It was almost $80 more than what they quoted me when onsite. They claimed that the parts were more expensive than normal. I got the bill the next day as they don't allow the techs to take payment, and the bill was almost $80 more than what was originally quoted, so buyer beware. What they quote may not be what they expect you to pay...
BTW, I was also asked for a review prior to receiving the bill.. The bill was adjusted to meet expectations once I brought it up to their attention.

After learning of my experience, the company admitted this was not how their services are typically carried out and offered me a full refund. For owning up to their mistakes, I am changing my review to five stars.
