These guys are great! Amazing and honest people, great communication. And they work so fast. Highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier! We just completed the renovation of 3 bathrooms in our home with Matt S. from Blue Crew, who we had contacted on a recommendation from a friend. His quote for the work was affordable and on par with the other bids that we received, and we were blown away at the level of service and quality of his work. In addition to his scope of work -- replumbing all of the bathrooms -- he identified and fixed faulty work from a previous plumber who had worked on our home, fixed a clog that was accidentally blocked up by our GC, and replaced the aging gas valves on our dryer and water heater --all at no charge! He always took the time to walk us through everything he did, confirm how we wanted everything to work and where fixtures should be located, and even advised us on what to watch out for as other trades closed over his work. Matt was the MVP of our construction team and a true professional! Thanks again, Matt!!!!

tl;dr - Matt and his crew are great. Responsive, fair pricing, totally considerate of your needs and patient with all the questions. You can't go wrong with him. Best experience with a plumber EVER. You won't be disappointed.
When we bought our house (1st timers), we knew that at some point we'd need to get the pipes replaced. Over the years, we've had plumbers fix minor clogs and issues, but every time we'd ask about a repipe we'd get a response like ""repipes are expensive"" or ""you don't really need to do the whole thing."" Way to misjudge a couple for not being flashy and living way below their means, buddy(ies).
Fast forward too many years as is reasonable to let this stuff go and a back-up so bad we couldn't run the kitchen sink without causing issues in the guest bathroom. Forget about doing laundry or running the dishwasher. The first referral we had ghosted us and the last plumber we had before him didn't bother to reseal the guest room toilet, so it started leaking. Hard pass on that guy.
In comes Matt to the rescue. We were connected to Matt through an agent friend and in the time between her speaking with him and telling me he was going to reach out, Matt had already contacted me and set up a time for him to come over for an estimate. When we said we wanted everything replaced (drainage and water supply), he was no Judgy McJudgerson. Instead of ghosting us or being condescending, he sent me detailed estimates for water, drainage and a new tankless water heater install that same night.
Throughout the project, Matt and his guy were always on time, responsive and super considerate of the fact that we both work from home (we yapyap on calls all morning) and would need at least one working facility when they left for the day. Due to these accomodations, he thought the job would take 5 days, but they finished in 4 with very minor expected disruptions to our work days. He also replaced all the bathroom faucets, the kitchen faucet, the bath/shower fixtures AND figured out what was going on with our dishwasher drainage.
WHO EVEN IS THIS GUY??? He's the nicest, fairest, most communicative plumber you'll ever meet and the only one we'll ever call again. Price for a whole house pipe replacement was fair, the work was top notch, on time and on budget and he even threw in some extra work because he's just that awesome.

I'm a first-time home buyer and I feel so lucky to have found Matt!! Best plumbing company ever. He just replaced my entire sewage line (which required going into the city street and getting permits). He and his team were honest, responsible, kind, and did the job on time. When I was initially looking into other bids, Matt ever offered to give me feedback on the other bids just to make sure whoever I went with did the work correctly and didn't take advantage of me. I had hired him to replace my sewage line, but he offered to check that all my other plumbing was up to code (and he fixed a few things just to help me out, even though it wasn't part of the task!). He was the most reliable plumber I have ever met, and I trusted him and his team implicitly! He even sent me photos updating their progress throughout the job. I will never go to anyone else! You will not be disappointed.

Matt and his crew did a full water supply line retrofit of my duplex in Pasadena. They added new shutoff valves to the front duplex so I could shutoff water for individual units. The duplex is over 70 years old and had a mix of galvanized and copper pipes that were in terrible condition, and made for a tricky retrofit. Matt gave me quotes for both plastic and copper options. I went with copper and the flow in the new system is so much better.

Matt is the best plumber ever! My agent, who is meticulous, always recommends Blue Crew to her clients. Im so glad she did. Matt replaced our sewer with a trenchless solution, which saved us $10k based on quote we got from a different company for a traditional replacement, and he installed our water filter. Both installs went smoothly and fixed some serious issues for us.
He's so kind, responsive, and generous with his time. He even for free checked all my faucets and put in shower filters and new shower heads. He always answers my questions when I text him, which is so helpful since I'm a new home owner. There is nothing more relieving as a home owner than to know you have an amazing plumber to call at a moments notice.
Eventually our old pipes on our second floor will need it be replaced - we will be hiring Matt and Blue Crew for that and any other plumbing issues we have in the future. Thank you, Matt!

Matt is the best plumbing expert ever - he's efficient, affordable, honest, extremely communicative even though we know he's in demand, and he goes above and beyond to make sure your system is working to its optimal potential. He's just installed a tankless water heater for us and a couple years back he and his crew took on a huge job fixing a sewer line that had tree roots grown into it. Great experience both times. Thank you Matt!!

Matt and Blue Crew Plumbing are excellent. In the process of purchasing a home, my realtor recommended Blue Crew Plumbing for a sewer line inspection. Matt scoped the sewer line from the house to the street and posted the video on YouTube so I could see it. He then provided a written report with both short and long term assessments. The sewer line to the street is old clay pipe, installed in 1927, and will eventually need to be replaced, but Matt said that it could last 10-20 years and that I should call him again in 2-3 years to re-check it. He assured me that there was no need to rush into replacing the line right now.
After I bought the house, I discovered that all the drain/sewer pipes in the house were in poor shape. The old cast iron pipes were leaking into the foundation. I called three plumbers for estimates, including Blue Crew, because Matt was so honest with the previous sewer line inspection. The first plumber said I needed to replace all the pipes in the house as well as the sewer line, even though he didn't scope the line. The second plumber, who didn't inspect the pipes under the house, said they needed to be replaced, which was true, but he didn't even look at them. Both plumbers, who have excellent Yelp and Google reviews, didn't provide written estimates; they just called out numbers. In contrast, Matt did a thorough inspection of the plumbing and made several recommendations. He emailed me a detailed written estimate with a breakdown of all the work and costs. His prices were competitive, but more than that I felt confident in his assessment and work proposal.
We scheduled two days of work. He and his crew showed up on time and completed all the work on time. They replaced all the drain pipes under the house, installed a tankless water heater, fixed two clean out drains, fixed leaks, installed a faucet, and installed two toilets. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Matt and Blue Crew are professional, honest, and easy to work with. I plan to use Blue Crew again in future renovation work, and I will recommend Matt to my friends and family.

Matt is the best. I've been calling him for four years now and he's always responsive, fair and does a great job. Thank you so much for being one of the few people I can trust out there.

My first experience with Matt and the team was when he did a trenchless replacement of our sewer line at a property in Hollywood. He gave me a couple different suggestions, was professional and I felt he was sincere and very knowledgeable in his line of work. After getting 3 bids I went with Matt and Im really glad I did. Matt and the team got the job done and he has been my go to plumber for all my needs big or small since that job. Rest assured that you are in good hands with Matt and his team and don't hesitate in trying him out. You won't regret it.
