Michael was very professional. I called about a leaking water main and he came out same day to inspect and started work first thing the following morning... on 4th of July!. Reasonably priced, left my lawn decent after having to trench it to get to the pipe and finished promptly. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Michael is exactly the plumber you're looking for. He's knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. My water heater was leaking. I've had a few other plumbers try to to fix it to no avail. In comes Michael and takes care of the issue. His prices are very reasonable given the quality of work. Everyone is looking for someone they can trust -- Michael is your guy.
Also he's really good on text. I find it easier to text than to jump on a call.

Mike has been consistently the most reliable and professional plumber and HVAC tech I've dealt with. I've called him for simple sink installations to clogged drains to water heater fixes. He shows up sooner than expected and gets the job done without delay--all at reasonable, lower than expected costs.

I submitted a claim to my warranty company for a toilet that was not working properly. Blue Ribbon submitted a claim for three toilets stating they were all over 25 years old. The toilets they installed were the cheapest you could find and two of my old ones were the high elongated toilets. And two of the toilets were purchased in 2008 and 2011...not 25 years ago. Unfortunately, I do not have photos of the old toilets (who does?) and no receipts since this had been my mother's house.

Mike installed our tankless water heater. We chose him because he seemed really knowledgeable and ran a small business. We trusted him. The install took longer than he said and the system didn't work right. Getting him to come back out was difficult (we had days of cold water) and when he did, his suggestions were sometimes opposite of what he had said would fix things before. But we were patient.

He suggested fixes and sold us products that weren't what he described. We approved a water filter to protect the tankless and our pipes. He said it would last a year. He installed a different model because his supplier didn't have the one he proposed. It shut down after 3 months and would have cost us $900/year in cartridges. When I asked what we could do, he said he could take it out for $$ or would ask his supplier and get back to me. I never heard from him.

After all the money and trust we gave him, he didn't take any responsibility for what he had done or how he would make it right.

We called the tankless manufacturer and hired another plumber who has fixed many of the bad things we paid Mike for (no sediment filter, acidic condensation water dripping into our yard, no bypass on the filter). I paid double, but at least everything is now the way it should have been the first time.

Mike's a nice guy, but we didn't see his integrity or trustworthiness at our house. We will never use him again.

I'm a building manager and can't tell how many contractors and plumbers I've dealt with. We've found a real gem with Blue Collar Plumbing! Not only did they do the job right, Michael explained to me how to fix issues so I could avoid calling him! No one does that! He's respectful, kind, thorough and does an excellent job. I will only call them for our plumbing needs!

I would never thought that finding a good plumber would be so difficult.
Thanks to the Blue Collar guys coming so fast and fixing everything with the reasonable price and not trying to make things complicated.
We had two other plumbers coming earlier and telling us it's almost impossible to change the faucet. Really?!
Anyways, happy I found this company to take care of this issue!
