This contractor canceled on me rescheduled then didn't even show up as planned. I reached out to him after waiting 15 mins and got no response. This contractor never responded or got back to me about why he didn't show up after scheduling a job with me.

Do not hire! RIP off! It wouldn't allow me to post, unless I gave it one star, but this handyman gets zero stars from me!

Contacted the company to install TV on the wall, paint bedroom and closet door and sand wall. River, informed me that they wanted to get paid per day, as some clients didn't pay. They started the work on 5/26-2020. I paid him for the one day labor as well as to hide the wires on the wall. Mind you, he never kept his promised time of arrival. Every day there was an excuse. On 5/27-2020, I paid him for his one day labor, and again, he was late. Today, 5/28-2020, he hasn't arrived. I called him (no answer) and I texted him (no answer). I explained to him before he started the job that it need to be completed by today (5/28-2020). Please do not hire him. I am out of over $800! I will be reporting him to the BBB as well as the Chicago Police Department and he will definitely see me in court!

Update (5/28-2020) River finally texted me back, stating that his guy should be there soon. He had some sort of family emergency and I told him he needs to go and try to finish up today! Disappointed in his professionalism and overall work! Tchauncy finally arrived at 12:13 pm. The job is still not complete. He informed me that he wouldn't be able to work on 5/29-2020

Update (5/29-2020) I texted River pics of our bedroom (see attached) and he never replied. Keep in mind River wanted to get paid every day. As of today, I've paid him a total of $811.14.

Update (5/30-2020) Tchauncy arrived at 10 am and worked until 12:30 pm. He informed me that he had to leave to go to another job, as River was In Michigan. I informed him that my carpet installer received a cancellation and would be installing my carpet on Monday, as this job has exceeded its timeline. The job was to take 3 days, now it's almost a week, which is an inconvenience, and the paint job their doing is extremely poor! Tchauncy stated that he was going to a job on 79th and will try to swing back by, otherwise, he'll come tomorrow.

At this point, I am requesting 50% of what I've paid to be returned. I will never hire them again nor refer them. They should simply be out of business.

Update (5/30-2020) Tchauncy texted me at 6:40 pm to inform me that his other job ran a little late, but he has all day open tomorrow to start at whatever time best for you. I replied back, 9 am. I'll add another update tomorrow.
