Had a 30-year old water heater still working but obviously in need of replacement. Ordered via Home Depot and Blue Chip was the contractor. Casey came out first thing this morning and replaced the water heater quickly and efficiently. But then noticed that the vent flue was not up-drafting the emissions. He suspected the flue was blocked, but we were not convinced since we've been using that old heater for years. After giving Casey a hard time, which he took with great professionalism and grace, we reluctantly had a chimney sweep come in and sure enough, he found several bird nests completely blocking the flue. Casey may have literally saved our lives. Can't say enough good things about Casey, his expertise and Blue Chip Plumbing.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TAKE A PHOTO OF YOUR CREDIT CARD. They billed me twice for the same service. Once at the time of service and then used my card they had taken a picture of again more than a month later and charged it again for the exact same amount. No call. No explanation. Very poor business practices!

Had 2 other well known companies out before Blue Chip. Wish I would have gone with them from the start, would have saved me a lot of money. Mike was awesome. Took care of the problem, cleaned up after himself, didn't push any unnecessary work. Won't go with another plumber in the future.

Had a leak in my basement storage area from a PVC pipe at a T joint. I called around lunch, and they had a tech at my door in less than an hour. He stopped the leak, and he spliced in new lines in. Very professional, quick, and clean. I'll recommend to my friends and neighbors.

We had a gas line issue that came up and our gas was turned off. Blue Chip Plumbing was very responsive to helping us with our needs. Jay was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get everything fixed and get our gas turned back on. We felt very taken care of and every experience with them from the person taking the phone call to the plumber they sent to do the work was professional. It was a pleasure to work with them.
