I had the displeasure of dealing with Blue Boxer Plumbing. While the workmanship appears to be satisfactory, their customer service and integrity leave much to be desired. I contracted blue boxer plumbing to install a new gas line which admittedly is working and priced competitively. During the install, the plumber broke my hot water heater pilot knob and instead of admitting to their mistake, told me the water heater is broken and I need to get a new gas control valve. To add context, my water heater is 3 months old and was professionally installed by a reputable company. Additionally, the water heater worked as intended until this company broke off the knob. I advised the tech, I will not be making the second half of the payment until after the water heater is repaired. At this time, the rep told me he was getting the ""FUCK"" off my property and gathered his tools and belongs and exited my property. Roughly 10 mins later, I hear rumbling in the back of my home to find the tech had reentered my home without my permission and was told never to enter my property without my approval.

Fortunately, I was able to have the hot water heater repaired under warranty but was advised the previous plumber did in fact break off the knob on the water heater, I even made sure to have the plumber include this on the receipt in case I need to show proof at a later date.

After reaching out to the company to explain the water heater was repaired and to make arrangements to pay the final $500 balance, the scheduler (wife or close family member of the tech) placed them on the phone where he threatened to place a mechanics lean on my home, called me a scammer and promptly hung up. Let's just say, I relish any opportunity to deal with this company in court and prove to a judge how incompetent they are. After all, I don't know of any ""scammer"" who seeks to make payment even after being inconvenienced due to others malpractice.

At the end of the day STAY AWAY. Not because they don't do good work or have unreasonable prices but rather they are dishonest and their customer service is abysmal to say the least. It's often said, hindsight is 20/20, I would have gladly went with another company and paid extra than to suffer through the experience I had with blue boxer plumbing. You've been warned!!!

What a great experience we had with this company. They arrived quickly and got right to work. Did an amazing job replacing the faucets for our washer.
The father and son team were pleasant and efficient. Explained in detail how to use the new valve.

Our hot water heater blew and leaked in basement. Blue boxer staff came out within a day and installed a new hot water heater and brought the exhaust up to code. Very clean very neat very respectable. Explained everything that they did and showed me what they did. Fantastic company to work with.
