There were a lot of options but i picked this company primarily on their previous all 5 star reviews. Glad I did. They deserve it. Dan was very professional and I trusted his judgment and the service provided plus the costs were as originally estimated. I highly recommend them and if we have further issues I would use them again

While at closing to sell our house, we found out the furnace had never been green tagged, so the buyers were threatening to cancel the purchase if it didn't get done that night. Our title agent recommended we call Ethan and, even though it was after 5 p.m., he came right down and took care of it. You'd think he charged an emergency or after-hours fee, right? Nope! Bill was half what we thought it would be, and he was super nice! Can't recommend him enough!

Met them at the Home Show and schedule a tune-up service. Rocky showed up and was personable and very professional. The company had great communication, from scheduling to even asking about showing up early. Rocky gave clear and very precise details on the service he provided. I loved the introduction text I received about the service tech. I would highly recommend this company and recommend asking for Rocky personally as tour service tech!

I reached out to Blue Best online and they called me back on my cell right away. They were able to send someone out the same day to help me fix an issue with replacing an old Smart Thermostat with a new one. The previous home owner had done a non-standard patch job to get the old one working without a C-wire and even after attempting to rewire it myself neither the old Smart Thermostat nor the new one would work.
John helped me figure out what I'd done wrong and had me up and running in about 15 minutes.
Everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'll definitely call them first the next time I need HVAC service.

Blue Best has been the best company to work with for a quote, install and maintenance follow up! I love that they are women owned and they are very responsive with some questions we've had about rebates and the systems themselves. They include two free follow up appointments within a year of install and Ned was so helpful in answering our questions and helping us clean our filters. Our system has saved us money each month all while keeping our home very comfortable in this hot Utah summer. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new HVAC, AC and/or Mini Split option!

Excellent and responsive company! We signed up for the gold plan which includes two checkups per year on heating and a/c. We also get priority with issues that arise, which has been totally worth it. Prices are very reasonable and we have been impressed by each and every tech that has come out to our home. They have all been very personable and respectful. I also love that this company is women owned and that you get a bio on anyone coming out to see you! Way to go!

Had a fantastic experience with Blue Best. When spec'ing a new top-of-the-line high efficiency furnace and AC system, they were able to outbid competitors by 20-25% for a system with better specs! The sales manager, Shawn, happily answered all my technical questions and concerns and was extremely responsive, even on weekends and after hours.
Come installation day, Blue Best showed up with a large crew in 3 company trucks and man how they hustled! Both systems were fully installed by the end of the first day, with some minor ductwork and a steam humidifier installed on the second.
I checked in regularly with their crew and every one I spoke to was patient and professional. Their quality of work was also top notch - all the electrical and duct runs were clean and neat, all registers and thermostats perfectly straight and level. In the end, my only critique was some additional caulking around where the refrigeration lines entered the house, which they happily fixed.
For such a massive and complex job with expensive equipment, I am extremely impressed at how quickly they got it done, the quality workmanship, and how professional they were. I am happy to give Blue Best my business, and a personal thanks to the sales manager, Shawn, and the amazing crew that did the install: Ethan, Dave, Jared, Ricardo, and Brandon (hope I didn't miss anyone!).

So happy w/Blue Best! When our AC gave out, there were 3 things I was looking for in a HVAC company:
1. An initial appt that was w/in a 1-2 days of when I called,
2. Inventory availability, and
3. Reasonably priced
All of which were met by Blue Best! From the initial call, assessment, and install, all the people (Lori, Patrick, Shaun, and Brent) I interacted with were professional, thorough, and *quickly responded.* They looked up if there was an active warranty the previous owners had, if any, versus just asking us if we knew if the previous owners had registered the unit.
I also appreciated Patrick's unrushed and thorough explanation of what was going on with our AC and why it wasn't working. Usually service technicians try and throw a bunch of industry jargon out there, speaking quickly, and I always have the feeling that those service techs are just trying to confuse the client so as to purchase an expensive product.
An extra perk that I really liked was that there was a gps service tracking on the day the tech/rep would come out so I could see exactly where and when the tech would arrive (within their allotted 2 hour window). If you need an HVAC service, give Blue Best a call! They were great!
