Called in the afternoon and they had a slot the next morning. Tech showed up on time, despite snow. He was clean, polite, and helpful. The service was provided to resolve the problem and he had advice for things to deal with in the spring as well. The work was quick, effective, and he cleaned up after it. Highly recommended.

06/11/2021 - Very happy that we called Zoom Drain again. This time we had a major blockage of a sewer pipe. The technician, James, was outstanding. He worked through several options and got the drain unclogged and working. Cost was as estimated and James kept me posted about progress. Very professional and thorough work. Will definitely use Zoom Drain again and recommend to friends. Thank you!

Joe, this guy, is the best. We first used zoom drain over a year ago to fix our backed up plumbing in an old mobile home. This dude crawled under the tiny sink area and did everything he needed to do to help us out, being awesome, nice, and chatting with our 2 yr old and noisy dog, not letting them bother him one bit.We then moved and had the same issue in our new place and they sent him out the next day. Again, he was fantastic, remembered us, and took the day to get the issue fixed. Well, last night we had a huge leak when our kitchen sink pipe popped off and started pouring all over the floor. Joe came over the next morning and it took him literally 5 minutes to fix it!! We love having a reliable, knowledgeable and kind plumber that we can count on, who loves hanging with our son and dog too!
