I had a water heater leak on a Friday. Called my normal plumber but he was not able to respond due to a health issue. I was referred to Blossom Valley Plumbing by a friend and they responded right away. George replaced the old water heater within a couple of hours. He cleaned up the job site as if there hadn't been any work done. Wonderful response and service.

Found them on yelp with great reviews. I called and received a call back from Mark within 30 min. We had 3-4 issues but one was a slow leak. During this crazy winter of rain they were crazy busy but he said ""can't have a leak. I'll send someone out first thing in the morning o fix the leak and we'll come back in less than a week to fix all the other issues"". Once Doug arrived and evaluated the ""drip"" problem he was the most diligent and persistent person I've met in a long time. He wasn't happy with the way something was working and was determined to get the right parts to make it completely right. Thank you Doug and Mark at Blossom Valley Plumbing. We'll call you again in a heartbeat with our plumbing issues.

This morning I had Blossom Valley Plumbing out to the house to repipe gas valve. Mike was our serviceman, he showed up on time was very courteous and friendly. We discussed what he was going to do and then he got right to work. He finished the job in a very timely manner and
charged a very reasonable price. He cleaned up after he was through. I will call Blossom valley
back the next time a need a plumbing job.

Amazing customer service. Over the Christmas holiday my garbage disposal started acting up. Called Blossom Valley Plumbing and they sent Doug out straight away. Doug noted that our problem wasn't with the plumbing but rather we had sewage back-up. He gave me the name of a company who could help and waited until someone showed up. He helped get the new team up and running.

Superb service...not often found these days. Highly recommend this business!!!

Called late in evening and they called straight back. Scheduled them in the morning for a very backed up toilet (I wasn't in a rush). The team showed on time and very quickly solved our issue. They explained it step by step prior to starting and executed exactly as described. Price was more than fair and would without any hesitation use them in the future.

I used Blossom Valley Plumbing for the first time this week to replace a water heater at my home. I chose the company based on customer reviews on Yelp and Bay Area Checkbook. I made an appointment and they were able to come a few hours earlier than scheduled. That worked out well. I like it when service providers look like they genuinely enjoy their work and the end product reflects the professional image. Mark and his partner fit that criteria and I was quite satisfied with the installation. They were fast, methodical, friendly and helpful with some added 'how to' information. I would call them again when the need arises.
