The folks at Blossom Valley Plumbing are outstanding!!! I called them because I had water coming out of the ceiling in my garage. They walked me through steps to limit the damage and were onsite in less than 90 mins. The problem was identified and fixed in less than an hour and very professionally done I might add. This is the second time I have used them and they have surpassed my expectations both times. Give them a call!!!

One of my colleagues recommended Blossom Valley Plumbing, so I called them recently to schedule an appointment to replace a toilet in my house. The lady who attended the call wrote down my cell phone and she said she'll have someone call me back to schedule a time.

Within a few hours, I got a call from Mike and had him come over to my house within the next day or two. He was prompt on time, very friendly and very courteous. He first came in to see what needed to be done, and then got his tools and started working on replacing the toilet. The job was done within an hour, made the payment, and he gave me an invoice and left.

I highly recommend Mike for your plumbing services. His hourly rate is reasonable, he is friendly and does a great job.

Really wished the girl that answered their phones was to be trusted to pass on messages....or they're very busy..called last night as I was referred by a friend...was told I would get a call back..nothing almost 24hrs later.

Mark and his crew were truly great to work with. They came to complete some unfinished work from a previous plumber which is hard to find. We needed a water filtration system and Mark researched the various types and then explained them all patiently to me. He worked with my special request to have the waste-water saved as it was still useful for landscaping and diverted it to a rain barrel outside. I felt comfortable that he did an excellent job for a reasonable cost. We had an issue with the filtration but it got resolved immediately. We will continue to use them in the future!

I can't say enough good about Mark and his crew. They are prompt, courteous, professional and fair. They know what they're talking about and do what they are asked to do. I am in the remodeling business and I have seen plenty of people who claim to be plumbers but end up not having the depth of knowledge necessary to solve the problem in the best way. Mark and his crew have that knowledge. And when they don't, they know how to find the answer. I have had Mark work on my own house and rental and I refer him to friends and business associates. And, on top of it all, he was referred to me by one of the most particular contractors I know, which says a lot since this contractor has impeccably high standards. Highly recommended!

We were referred to this company from another company that did fantastic work for us, so I had high hopes, and after reading the reviews here, was even more encouraged. However, my experience was far from any of the reviews. I called the first time (yes, there were multiple calls) and gave my information and reason for my call to the girl at the other end of the phone, and was told 'he' would be paged. I waited for a phone call, but it never came. Okay, maybe 'he' was super busy. I called the next morning, and was put on hold for over 3 minutes. I hung up. I called for the third time later in the morning, and after giving my information again, was told 'I'll give him the message'. That was over 2 hours ago, and I'm still waiting for the call. Maybe the girl answering the phone is not doing her job, but if this is how they treat customers, I won't patronize the business. I'm looking elswhere to a company that really knows what customer service means. This company may do great work (though I'll never know that), but their initial business impression leaves much to be desired.

This was our second time using Blossom Valley Plumbing. I sort of remember the first time our water heater went out some seven years ago (just longer than the length of the manufacturer's warranty, of course), and they did a good job so we called them again.

The installation went great. Price was as quoted over the phone and reasonable. I'm happy with the size and brand of heater they chose for us. The plumber was quick, courteous, and did a good job of cleaning up and hauling away the old heater. But-- he was 50 minutes late. He said he ""got stuck"" in another city about 20 miles north of us.

It seems to me that if you know it takes 30 minutes to drive where you're going, and you're ""stuck"" and not leaving anytime soon, it doesn't take much in the cellphone era to call and say, ""Hi, I'm going to be 45 minutes to an hour late.""

So, minus one star for that. But next time I need a water heater (not for another seven years, hopefully), I'll definitely call Blossom Valley Plumbing.

We had Mark Brewer come out and install 2 hand held showers several years ago and we were captivated by the fact that he was a really nice guy and knew what he was doing. We got Mark's name from Sisbro Plumbing, which is no longer in business which is too bad because it was a great business and I would send a lot of people there. Since that time we have given Mark's name to many friends and acquaintances and everyone has told us that he was a great recommendation. Just gave his name out again today and I expect that Mark will have another happy home owner.
