We've had two broken pipes at our house. Each time, Mark has sent out guys quickly to assess and solve the problem. They gave us options that were economical and secure. When you have a plumbing emergency, you need someone dependable who can get their quickly and solve the problem without costing a fortune. This has been our experience.

My first experience with Blossom Valley Plumbing was very positive. However, I used them again for another problem and had a terrible experience. The plumber was distracted with a phone call from another job and therefore could not figure out how to turn off the water to my house. He left and told me to figure it out on my own and then call him back. So, I did figure it out and it was obvious how to turn the water off but the plumber was so distracted and rude that we could not figure it out with him present. I asked that what I paid for that visit be applied to my next visit now that I figured out how to turn off the water - no thanks t the professional plumber - and I got no response. I am completely appalled at how I have been treated and that there has been no remorse on their end for the wasted time on my part not to mention all of the water that has been lost as my leak has persisted.

Honest fast repairs. George was great, fixed a leak in a pvc pipe in about an hour and was nice, polite, and very deferential to my mom. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it, was clear and not condescending. It's rare to come across a company that takes pride in their work, is honest (he fixed the pipe twice at no charge because there was a crack in the first repair he did).

How sad it it to be so surprised about great service and nice guys?

Installed an addition to the gas line in our place. I cannot speak more highly of the communication, competitiveness, helpfulness, and quality of work. Not only did they do the job, but did it in a better way that I would have suggested and explained the reasoning in a way that was both understandable and respectful.

We will be using them for ALL our plumbing and gas needs. Period.

Called three days running for plumbing service. The receptionist was GREAT, and the plumber never returned my calls. What's the point of having a plumber who doesn't even have the common courtesy to return calls?

We were referred to Mark of Blossom Valley Plumbing by a contractor who was going to put in pavers at our home. Reason being is that the sewage drain pipe was sticking out pretty high above the ground. Mark scheduled his technician, Doug, to come out and cut the pipe down to the level needed by the pavers team. The only glitch was that the sewage drain pipe was not properly installed by our home's builder and it was broken during the demo phase. Mark was able to have Doug take care of repairing and refitting with better materials and have it lowered. Initially we were worried that the technician was going to move on to his other appointments as our matter turned out a little more complicated. We could not have asked for a better outcome. We were very impressed by Mark's professionalism and his concern to have this issue taken care of for us in a timely manner that did not set us back with the pavers crew. Their pricing was very reasonable for the work done.

I had a water heater leak on a Friday. Called my normal plumber but he was not able to respond due to a health issue. I was referred to Blossom Valley Plumbing by a friend and they responded right away. George replaced the old water heater within a couple of hours. He cleaned up the job site as if there hadn't been any work done. Wonderful response and service.
