I hired Bloom for some plumbing work in my house. They sold me equipment I didn't need and very possibly caused a water leak that destroyed my ceiling.

I contacted another plumber to check their work. He told me, ""that is a pretty big ****-up for anyone who knows anything about plumbing"".

I called Bloom to tell them about the problems, and they denied any of it was their fault. They offered a small amount off the bill, and I was stuck with the cost of a new ceiling and the other plumber to fix the problems they left behind.

This once Very dependable ,jack-of-all-trades, company is going down the tubes. The customer service, or lack thereof, has really gone down hill and is so unorganized. I had my heater stop working last Fall and they came to assess the problem. They stated that a small part in the furnace with bad so they had to order one specifically for mine. And they had a part from another furnace that didn't belong to mine put in. Now they said at the time that it'll work temporarily until they get the part in next week. They said that it will stop working maybe in a week maybe in a month, who knows, but till this day is still working, thank god. After calling them numerous of times to see if they're coming to put the new part in my heater. But every time I called they said they had in the computer that they put it in already, but once they talked to the technician who signed off on the job, he admitted that he did not put the new part in. And here I am, still waiting, and sick of calling. Especially when you get the guy on the end of the line treating like you don't know anything and that you're just waisting his valuable time. And one Of the technicians came while I was at work and persuaded my friend to let him in the house. And his job at the time was to do a check up on the central air and the heater system. But only for him to tell her that you need to tell your friend that she needs a new part in the heater!! As he kept on running into the SAME wall.
Do NOT depend on these people. I hope I can get them in to change it soon,because if the heater shuts off in the upcoming cold, the problem is going to get much bigger.
