John fixed a pinhole about 17 inches under the slab inside my multi-level house along with Andy from Peter Lai Plumbing. Both John and Peter are very knowledgeable and gave me some options after their thorough inspection, we finally agreed that a spot repair with digging the concrete under a cabinet inside my laundry room is the best choice for me.

John and Andy worked as a team for this project, they minimized the damage while working in a very tight space. Eventually the pinhole was found and new copper pipe was replaced.

A capable plumber is hard to find, and one who specializes in leak detection is even harder to find. I had two different plumbers come out and they couldn't diagnose the problem. I frankly lucked out, and found John through a plumbing company that was too busy to send someone out but referred me to a leak detection specialist. Without that recommendation, I am positive I would have simply hired a large company to handle my leak, and needlessly spent more money than I had to. Upon first contacting John, I realized that he was quite responsive and empathetic to my time-sensitive dilemma, and agreed to meet me the following day. After over an hour analyzing and eliminating possible variables that could have caused my leak, he left without charging me and promised to return again until the mystery was solved. He ruled out the possibility of the leak originating from the slab, which a previous plumber cited as the most likely culprit. On the second day, he quickly identified the cause of my leak, and quoted me a more than reasonable price to fix the issue. He is not simply a specialist who identifies the source of those pesky slab leaks, but also can uniquely identify any water leak, a powerful combination. He can diagnose leaks in swimming pools and even in large aquarium tanks! I enjoyed my conversations with him, as he is easy to relate to as his overall integrity put me at ease. I have written several 5 star reviews on Yelp, but with John, I would not hesitate to give him 6 stars. He has earned my trust and future business!

I was very apprehensive about a leak we had under our concrete foundation. The floor in our living room would have to be torn up, leak detected and then fixed. John was the man!
He came in with all his high tech gadgets and found the leak, then returned and fixed the leak. John is your one-stop guy. He can detect them and fix them...all in one day. Prices were very reasonable and his work was top notch. He left our home cleaner than when he arrived.

I had suspected I had a slab leak that was worsening. John was referred to me. He came out the next day, diagnosed my leak, and repaired it the next day. He was on time, efficient, honest, and precise, only having to remove one tile to find the leaking pipe. His pricing was fair. His work was emaculate. He left not one iota of dirt/dust.
