Our first experience with Blondell was when they did they did the plumbing for our office remodel. Since then every employee has use them at least twice for personal use. Today I had a one of my home Marathon water heaters go bad and called several people for help, everyone recommended Blondell, I called Kelly and they bent over backwards to help even on a Friday when everyone else just wanted to come and diagnose the problem for a fee. You'd be a fool to call anyone other the Blondell! They are fair, quick and by far the best in the QC!

This is THE plumber in the Quad Cities if you are interested in craftsmanship, integrity, and taking pride in the work they do. Sometimes all the hard work goes into the areas you will never see and Blondell does not skimp or cut corners, right is right and they do what's right. Great working with the whole crew from the front office to the service truck guys. I will use them again for all my future projects. Very respectful of my house and happy to answer all my novice questions, I ask a lot because I like to learn the why of things and both Eric and Adam were happy to share their knowledge.

Paid this company to replace a drain pipe which then caused gargling noises to come through the bath tub and when asking why that could happen, and if they would fix it since I paid them for the service, owner just got pissed off and yelling and blaming everything else other than the fact it all started from the new pipe. I shouldn't pay them the 80 dollars I owe them which they charged for only 7 minutes of work to light the pilot light on the water heater. I will not be using this company again nor recommending them to anyone anymore. Over priced and terrible customer service from the field guys. Owner in the office is pleasant to work with but field owner is not.

Blondell Plumbing is reliable, trustworthy and honest in their pricing. He comes when he says he will, usually the same day I call, and always treats my home as if it were his own with the way he fixes my problems and cleans up after himself. He's done everything from checking back flow prevention valves to relocating water meters and replacing sewer pumps and outside water faucets.
