Zack H.THESE GUYS ARE A FING JOKE!! DO NOT use these guys! We had a cloged shower n called Block. A kid shows up n looks at it and says he didn't bring the right stuff but I think I can fix it, if not I'll have to run back to the shop....so he proceeds with his attempt, a short while later he announces he's fixed it!! He tells me he ran an auger and poured some pretty harsh acid down the drain to unclog whatever was in there. All seems well he's running water n showing me how well it works, before he leaves he decides he should check downstairs. We go downstairs to find our entire storage area doused in water n this harsh acid! 7 THOUSAND $$$ in damage later and after all the back n forth with insurance we finally received the pay out!!...on the same day a bill from these vultures arrived too!! So now we are expected to pay for our basement and belongings being destroyed!??? F U Block!!
