Made a service request through Yelp for a no-heat issue. By the time they responded another provider was already at my home.

Noah was on time to replace a hot water heater that was still under warranty. Prior to calling Blitz. I had called the manufacturer of the hot water tank to verify the tank was still under warranty. I then called the supply house where tank was purchased who went over the process of getting a new tank that was still under warranty. I had to pay for tank then wait to get a reimbursement check in the mail. Both manufacturer and supply house said i needed to use a plumber. I called many plumbers in the area of Kerhonkson NY but none were available at the time but Blitz Plumbing was. Noah quoted that I would have to pay for tank and labor $900 plus as I was advised by supply house. When Noah came to the house he said great news. I don't have to pay for tank since he would handle of the processing to get reimbursed for the tank. I would just have to pay labor. When job was complete and he gave me the bill for his labor, I was shocked. There is no working person that would be able to afford Blitz's labor rates. It is not worth it to use Blitz. The labor rates are astronomical. Stay away.

A sudden plumbing problem (aren't they all?) while we had a house full of guests (of course) left us short one shower.

I reached Blitz quickly and was soon on the phone with Noah, and we set an appointment and talked about the possible causes. Armed with a bit more insight, I was able to fix the issue. So Blitz did not come out, but they deserve credit for customer service and patiently helping me by phone. Seems like good folks and definitely on my list for future needs.

We have three heating zones in our home. When one of them wasn't working, I called Blitz Plumbing and I'm so glad I did. Mr. Langlitz was conscientious, dependable, and reliable. Given that it was freezing outside he found time to come and repair that heat zone efficiently and without delay. Additionally, he called the next day to make sure that we were satisfied and that everything was working well. I highly recommend Blitz Plumbing!
