We had a clogged toilet that I couldn't fix. I called Blinkhorn at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, and they had the job done by 2:30. I really appreciate their thorough and quick response.

Terrible service from beginning to end. Over three hours late for first visit- with no communication. . When installing a toilet, they chipped the porcelain on the base and didn't notify me. The toilet was loose and leaking. They had to come back two times to correct their mistake- and each time they were over an hour late with no communication. Would not recommend them for even the simplest job.

Awful service and awful customer Service. Never on time, total lack of communication on when they would arrive and scope of job. Installed my hot water heater backwards. They never assumed responsibility, after the 6th visit after two years, still had not fixed the problem. Also continued to try and charge for visits never fixing the problem.

Had a broken pipe in a tight crawlspace, the owner and Sam came out and did great work, and they were able to fix a different leaky pipe while they were here. Nice guys, explained everything clearly, reasonable price.

Mr. Blinkhorn, the owner of the company, came out himself to fix my plumbing problem on the Sunday between Christmas and New Year's because he'd had his guys working overtime all through the holidays and wanted them to have some time off. He was so professional and so efficient and he also gave me great advice on things to consider if I update the bathroom. I will definitely go with his company for any future plumbing projects - he really went above and beyond to get my situation resolved!!
