Wish I could give them zero stars... Blessing is an absolute ripoff. They have this ""standard fees"" book where they try to make it seem that their going to always charge a reasonable and consistent amount for a job, however, when someone does a job in 30 minutes and installs a $8.97 part, you have to wonder how that really computes to $367.

Even as a professional accountant, I can't pull 700+ per hour. They want to charge you $45 to come out and give outrageous estimates and that charge does NOT get absorbed into the work.

Avoid this company at all costs, their scrupulous rip-offs, find another plumbing company.

Blessing? I do not think so, the amounts they were looking at charging us was criminal!
AND they would not stand behind their own work!

When told that I was going to rate them low for their poor service, was told ""so what""!

If you want a REAL Blessing, avoid this company and help your friends and neighbors by advising them to NOT use this service if they have pluming needs!

Very Disappointed. Tried to express to the management and imagine that they didn't want to talk to me. They came out at the request of my 86 year old mother with no short term memory. They shut her furnace down and with no explanation to any one left her in the cold with no follow up plans nor notified her family. With temps in the 40's, she called repeatedly with no result for 2 days and charged her $200 to leave her in the cold. She eventually turned her furnace back on and thankfully lived to tell about it. The second repairman could find nothing wrong and quoted $700 less for a full replacement. Very disappointed in the follow up, lack of concern for her well being, Bob the sales rep and the gal on the phone at the Grand Blanc Office. Get a second opinion. The prices are high and the service poor.

Cost $400.00 to replace a gas shut off valve behind the stove. Part is less than $20.00 at HD. You decide. The guy was professional and nice but cost was a ripoff in my opinion.

Absolute joke. I guess they think the tech's are worth over $1200 an hour. They wanted $655 to snake 2 25' foot drains. I asked the guy how long it would take.. He said 20-30 minutes. INSANE! don't waste your time.

NIGHTMARE! I am the first to admit I know NOTHING about plumbing, so when my basement started filling up with sewage I called anywhere I could find open past five and that's how I stumbled upon Blessing. I thought I had really lucked out the plumber arrived fairly fast was super friendly and seeming helpful. He told us that our septic was full and we needed to call someone to pump it and tonight. So we did as advised and when he arrived he told us as he's making small talk with my husband that there is no way that is what is filling our basement and to call a plumber. Foolishly brushing this off and thinking we had called someone that knows what there talking about more than the septic (porta potta cleaning guy) . At 10pm I turned off our second pump because all of the water was removed. At 2:30am I woke up to let our puppy out and decided to check the basement. Well it was up at least 4/5 inch higher that it was before, we have NO idea what the problem is, and are out $140plumber and $270 septic

Never had a problem with this company and we've used them for the last 6 years to service/clean our furnace. Always very professional and honest with their diagnosis. Always able to answer any questions we've had, they have made recommendations/suggestions for improvement but have never pushed to make a sale of their equipment. Prompt and Professional.

We called on Friday and they were out on Monday. They came prepared and had all the materials needed for the job to replace 40+ year old fixtures in no time. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and displayed a very good work ethic. We were very pleased with the job we had done.

We just had a Carrier Air conditioner and furnace installed and everything went extremely well. Our air conditioner went bad and we were going on vacation so they scheduled us early to have it all installed before we left. All people from the salesman to workers to the ladies in the office where professional and very helpful. I would recommend their work and equipment to anyone. I am also on the maintenance plan which has helped us in many situations.

I just used the company-my hot water tank took a dive. I was nervous, and looked online to see plumbers in the area. This company had good reviews-so I gave it a shot.

The service tech's where very nice and very professional. They started out with a quick and painless fix, and gave me all options. I knew somewhat about hot water tanks-since I was married to a plumber. And the easy fix was my problem; although he did mention my tank was approaching it's due date and to be prepared. He quoted me for my new tank when I need a new one.

I didn't feel pressured or feel like I was getting bullsh*ted. I'm very happy. Even when I initially called and asked the reseptionist what was wrong-she was even knowledgable.

No one likes unexpected costs, and is never happy about the outcome-but it is what it is, and sometimes prices may be higher....but you pay for what you get. Can't be cheap when it comes to major home repairs.
