My items ordered and were delivered exactly when promised. My wife and I absolutely love our Maxx soaking tub they recommend and All my faucets. Great pricing also. I went here as my contractor recommended this place. I ordered almost all the bathroom plumbing replacements including medicine cabinets(2), sink/countertop,vanity and Toto toilet with a wash Let combo.
When the items were ordered I was told that the Toto toilet and washlet was available and in the warehouse. I put a deposit on the order. When all the items were available my contractor went to pick them up. He was told unfortunately the toilet and washlet were not available and there was a long back order. Either I could wait or go with another Toto toilet for the same price but still have to wait for washlet 2-3 weeks. I agreed. I was billed the balance for all the items.
Three weeks later I stopped to see the status. The original salesman Phil was not in and another guy with long braids begrudgingly looked up and said Oh the washlet was not ordered. I said ""you are F.... kidding me"". No curse words were used by me just F. He says if you are going to curse I can't help you and WALKS AWAY! The owner Kenny (I think is his name) comes out of his office after letting me sit there for 5-10 min says yeah we dropped the ball on this one. We have to order it. I was really pissed. I said I'm really upset. I have had surgeries I both knees using upstairs bathroom going up and down steps. This is how you react. He says I'm sorry but do you want to cancel your order? I said I waited 3 weeks for this especially when your salesman said it was in your warehouse. Your apology is not sincere. He says again you can cancel and order somewhere else. I said I can't do that as I have waited 3 weeks. So Go ahead and order. He said it will be delivered first thing on Wednesday (2 days later). He calls me after an hour said Hope I wasn't upset. And The washlet was ordered and oh by the way Did I pay the balance? I said it was paid in full 3 weeks ago. He repeated that it will be delivered first thing on Wednesday. I was home all day on Wednesday and finally called the store at 1 pm asked for Kenny to say that I was still waiting for the delivery. He said call he back in 10 min and will have an answer. I did he did not answer my call, the Billing lady answered, said that he will call me back. He did not. She called me back to say that she spoke to the driver and that I was the LAST on the list for delivery. I received it at 5 pm when my contractor had checked out for the day. So it was another day and night climbing steps to use the bathroom.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE MAINLY BECAUSE OF THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL I REPEAT UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. The prices are not that great and comparable to other stores that I checked out. I gave only 1 star but would like it be ZERO.

I'm a 30 year customer of Bleiberg and wouldn't think of dealing elsewhere. When I was starting out, these people were patient and kind, and that was unusual in those days for a trade shop. Today I deal with some of the same folks there -- we grew up together. I support this local business because they support me -- they'll always go the extra mile. I could never get this service elsewhere. Great bunch of men, who remind me that there are still nice people and fair businesses around here. Thank you, guys!

ALL the fixtures as well as all the plumbing for a MAJOR condo remodel was purchased from Bleiberg and I couldn't have been happier with my selection. These people truly know what they are doing! I worked with Gladstone Boyce, a long-term design person with Bleiberg and was very impressed with his extensive knowledge.

Prices were fair, delivery on time and there was never a doubt that this was the best choice for all my plumbing needs.
