His journey began as a Repiper, moving up to Crew Lead, and later serving as the Repipe Manager, ultimately rising to General Manager. In the role of General Manager, Randol manages major repipe projects and delegates responsibilities to crew leads to guarantee timely project completion and maintain efficient operations. He monitors the Service Department's operations at a high level and gives guidance in times of trouble. When he's not working, he cherishes moments with his family, working on muscle and vintage cars and enjoying go-cart racing.
